A fine 1930's 14K yellow gold Art Deco mechanical wristwatch by by Hy Moser & Cie, and retailed by Tiffany & Co. Moser was the most important watchmaker in Imperial Russia, selling many of his goods to the Imperial family and courtiers. After the Revolution, the company was relocated to Switzerland and continued to provide movements to luxury retailers such as Tiffany.

An elegant small 14K gold enameled flower pin featuring a pair of white four-leaf clovers with green veining. Each flower is centered with a seed pearl. During the Victorian era, flowers were used to symbolize specific sentiments, and the white clover meant “think of me.” Small pins such as this were often given as presents to new brides and are sometimes called honeymoon pins. The back of the pin is stamped with Hammerman’s mark and 14K.

A lovely pair of 18K yellow gold dome earrings studded with bezel-set tourmaline, topaz, garnet, citrine and aquamarine. This style was popularized by H Stern in the 1950’s and was used to show off the variety of gemstones available from the company’s native Brazil. Due to its spiky appearance, the design was eventually called “Sputnik”. The style was mostly used for rings, but also for pendants, charms and earrings. Earrings are quite uncommon...

This elegant 14Kt yellow gold and diamond cluster ring that dates back to the 1910-s, is set with eleven various size old mine diamonds. The largest stone in the center of the cluster weighs approximately 0.20Ct is surrounded by eight diamonds, and there is a diamond on either side of the cluster on the shank of the ring. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 1.15Ct. The diameter of the cluster is 14 millimeters.

A heavy 18K yellow gold lantern-shaped fob charm decorated with ornate beading and twisted wirework in the Victorian Etruscan Revival style. The fob is further enhanced with vermicelli stippled engraving on the upper shoulders—an unusual treatment. The sides are set with navette-shaped carnelian cabochons in scalloped collet settings. The carnelians have nice caramel coloring and good translucency. Tested and guaranteed 18K.

A particularly fine gentleman’s ring in 14K yellow gold, the top set with alternating round cut rubies and brilliant round cut diamonds in star settings. Gypsy-set rings were first popular in the Victorian era, but reappeared in the 1930s and 40s, sometimes with the addition of star settings. The rubies are natural, without evidence of treatment, and are color-graded as medium dark slightly brownish strongly purplish-red (stpR 6/2) and clarity-graded as eye-clean. The diamonds are H/VS1...

A wonderful pair of 18Kt yellow gold and diamond flexible flower design earrings with screw-backs and oversized earring backs. Each earring is enhanced by twenty eight high quality brilliant cut and three marquise cut diamonds. The approximate total weight of all 62 diamonds is 1.55Ct. The earrings are 1” long and 3/8” wide at the widest part.

A nice example of an openwork diamond cluster ring is this 14Kt two tone beauty. The 14Kt yellow gold shank and base holds the 13 millimeter diameter 14K white gold cluster that is set with one brilliant-cut and eight single-cut diamonds. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 0.25Ct. The ring is a size 6 and can easily be sized.

Each earring is centered by a high luster 6.5 millimeter black cultured pearl, and below the pearl three single cut diamonds are set in a triangle shaped setting. An elegant pair of 1960-s 14Kt yellow gold and pearl earrings are centered by high luster 3.5 millimeter cultured pearls. The six engraved petals on each earring form a 1” diameter flower, and the earrings have wire backs with hook closures.

These pair of 14Kt yellow gold and garnet earrings is a 1960-s revival of the Victorian style. The top part of each earring is set with a 3 millimeter round faceted garnet, while the movable bottom part is centered by a 5 millimeter round cabochon garnet. The earrings have French backs for non pierced ears. If needed it would be possible to convert the backs. The length of the earrings is 1 ¼” and the width is 7/16” at the widest part.
