A 10k Victorian 19th century chain necklace. This attractive 16-7/8" chain consists of 1/8" wide double links and it has later gold filled ends (a swivel and a springring). It was cut down from a long Victorian fan chain and it would make a nice bracelet or necklace. A quality 14k rhodolite garnet and enamel stickpin circa 1860. This large, heavy and superb 19th century stickpin is in 14k yellow gold, with a 40 point purplish pink rhodolite garnet and enamelling. The garnet is claw-set in an incised star and surrounded by an enamelled six-pointed star in cobalt enamel (more purple than in our photographs). The drop is solid gold and is from the mid to late 1800's when Spain ruled Mexico. The pearls are also genuine and are dispersed around the drop. Victorian 18k rose gold French made bangle bracelet with diamonds. Approximately .25cttw diamonds. The larger center diamond is an old mine cut, surrounded by rose cuts set in silver. The clasp is in good working order and the safety chain is intact. Fits a 6.5" wrist, most likely dates to about 1880. The overall weight is 17.9g.

A late Victorian size 9 ring with garnets and diamonds c1890-1900. This ring features three garnets with 4 mine cut natural diamonds between them; this ring measures 11/16 x 5/16" across the top. It is stamped 14K with an unidentified maker's mark and the gold tends towards a rose gold colour. Twentieth Century 14 Karat Blue lapis lazuli signet ring of German or Austrian origin, with initials SVC and a charming intaglio of a stylized castle. An elegant antique jewelry case covered in rich lipstick-red red velvet finished with satin trim and passementerie trim. The interior is covered in matching tufted silk. The interior of the lid is gilt-stamped “Horlogerie Bijouterie Brilloit Blaye [France].” The box was probably originally meant for a small pocket watch or a medallion. Records indicate the shop was located at 2, cours de La Fontaine as of 1889.
An outstanding Victorian 18K yellow gold oval slide locket, the cover with set with an amazing sardonyx cameo depicting an early steamship also rigged with sails. The single smoke funnel, the sails’ rigging and the absence of a sidewheel suggest the locket dates to the mid-19th century. The carving is expertly worked using the alternating cream and rust colors of the sardonyx to represent every small detail. The marshy foreground is littered with barrels, crates and a large anchor.
