This pretty pin is in the style of Murrle, Bennett and Archibald Knox. The design is that of a heart interlaced with a navette-shaped frame (this interlace-type motif is also called “entrelac”). A lovely Victorian 10K yellow gold locket, the front cover decorated with an embossed lion’s head. The lions mouth grasps an old mine cut diamond and the eyes are set with bright demantoid garnets.
