A delightful Victorian 14K yellow gold stickpin in the form of a smoking monkey. The face is beautifully detailed and he grasps a small pearl at the edge of his mouth to represent a cigarette. An Art Deco 14k watch chain in 14k white and yellow gold circa 1920s. This 13-3/4" length watchchain consists of 5/8" x 1/16" wide rectangular alternating white and yellow gold sections with oval loops between. This interesting pin is in the shape of a lyre (a precursor of the harp – Orpheus played the lyre). The coppery rose gold is engraved, with black enamel highlights, and dedicated to “GAO From G.V.” It measures 1-1/16” x 13/16” and weighs 3.6g, with the original old pin stem assembly.
