Art Nouveau 18K yellow gold wide chain bracelet with ruby clasp, circa 1900. Very rare piece. This bracelet is made of 9 rows of 18K gold chains divided in to 5 sections by 4 gold bars. Each chain has 2 ornate links with a beautiful art nouveau motif per section, but each successive row is made a bit wider than the one above it by additional tiny round links in the center of each section (see photo). This makes the bracelet longer at the bottom (9 3/8 inches) than at the top (7 inches)...

A 14K white gold filigree Art Deco pearl ring from the 1920s 1930s. This size 5 ring has excellent Art Deco filigree openwork and it features a 7 mm. cultured pearl with a creamy light yellow colour. It weighs 2.0 grams, it is stamped 14K with an S in a shield maker's mark and it is in very good condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs however the pearl has a couple of crack lines and a tight crack (and it can easily be replaced)...

A Victorian 14k gold synthetic sapphire seed pearls leaf pin brooch from 1880-1890. This attractive2-1/8 x 5/8" brooch is of hollow construction and it has a finely tooled pinioned leaf with seed pearls and a claw-set synthetic sapphire. Fine gem stones like emeralds or sapphires were very expensive in the 19th and early 20th century, so synthetic gems were often used even in gold jewelry...

This graceful pin is from the Edwardian/Art Nouveau era. The round peridot is framed by an oval of seed pearls, between delicate arabesques of gold set with more seed pearls, for a total of 30 (2 are replacements). Stamped 14k on the back, with an illegible maker’s mark, it measures 1-½” x 7/16" and weighs 2.0g. The peridot is slightly scratched, and the safety is a little loose and fussy, but in overall very good antique condition and with a nice patina. Circa 1910...

This is one of our very favorite lavaliers! It is quintessential Art Nouveau. It depicts a flower with an amethyst at its center, with the classic whiplash motif. The central amethyst weighs approximately 1/2 carat, and it’s accented by 28 seed pearls. Feng Shui practitioners believe amethysts aid in purification, and give access to a higher plane of energy. It tests as 14k, and the gold is that lovely subtle old gold color. It weighs 3.3g and measures 1” x 1” at the widest points...

A lovely, heavy 18K yellow gold fancy cable chain necklace, with alternating double and beaded links. The chain is ornate enough to be worn simply as a necklace, but is sturdy enough so support a heavy pendant or multiple charms. The spring clasp is stamped with partially obscured French hallmarks.

A lovely Art Nouveau gold watch pin in the form of a maiden appearing within the ruffled form of a pansy blossom. Tendrils of her hair cascade out toward the edges eventually disappearing into the veining of the flower’s petals. The back retains the original clasp and a hook to hang a watch. The pin could easily be converted to a pendant with the addition of a bail at the top...

This pair of 10kt yellow gold cuff links, sporting an ivy motif, is a favorite of ours! Both because they are pretty, and because of ivy is symbolic of marriage and friendship. Sweet! The decorated ends measure ¾” x ½”, and the total weight is 3.2g. Unmarked, they test at 10k, and we believe them to be from the Victorian/Art Nouveau period. In excellent condition. This very attractive pair of earrings combines hammered and fluted designs. The pear shaped tops have posts and push backs, and the bottom pendulum part moves freely. Despite the size of the earrings, 2” high and ½” wide, they are relatively light weight and are very comfortable to wear.

A stunning Art Deco worked in white gold, each link set with a square onyx plaque topped with a cabochon opal in a milgrain white gold collet. Spacers between the links are set with onyx beads flanked at the corners with old European, mine, and single cut diamonds. The opals have very good play of color, predominantly in shades of green and blue with orange flashes. The links are fully articulated so the bracelet sits nicely on the wrist. The clasp is stamped with French 18K gold marks.

This opulent yellow gold award comprises the brooch pin and hanging award shield on a navy blue grosgrain ribbon. The pin is engraved "HIGH SCHOOL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 1921" and the medallion has "WEST YORK" on the front and "FIRST HONORS S.S. # 32 DORIS COLEMAN" on the reverse.
