This bold and intricate ring is the work of Hans Teppich, an Israeli silversmith who was especially active in Jerusalem during the 1950s. Flattened sterling silver wirework curls around an oval cabochon chrysoprase, which is securely bezel-mounted. The stone bears no scratches or other signs of wear. The band is well wrought and strong. The ring top is large, measuring 1 1/8 inches long by 1 inch wide. The Teppich and sterling marks are inside the band. The ring is sized to a little over a 5.

This pin features a dynamic abstract design comprised of an elongated piece of amber set in a similarly shaped silver frame. A silver wire applied to the back surrounds the piece evokes a ‘space-age’ sense of movement. The pin is marked 835 on the back for silver content; the mark is accompanied by an impressed abstract fish, probably for the Fischland workshop of Georg and Walter Kramer. The pin measures 2 ½ inches long by about ¾ inch at its widest part.

This sturdy cuff bracelet features a ribbed design that runs horizontally along the entire piece. It has kept its shape and has a soft, warm patina from age. A few very minor scratches, hardly noticeable without magnification. The inside is marked sterling; there is no maker’s mark. While it has a Mexican feel, it is probably American-made. The cuff has a graduated width, measuring 1 3/8 inches at its widest area; the inside circumference measures 6 5/6 inches. Weight: 38.9 grams

The focus of this studio necklace is the central drop of translucent banded agate, suspended by a chain of hand-forged links. The agate is securely mounted in an open-back bezel framed, and the hook closure is also hand-wrought. Each connecting ring is soldered closed, exhibiting a high quality of workmanship. The piece is likely from the 1970s-1980s. The necklace measures 24 inches long; the agate pendant drops by an inch.

A thin bangle with textured surface is set with four faceted natural rubies. They are bezel mounted with open backs, securely soldered to the bangle. The rubies are highly included and probably untreated; one has slight surface abrasions. The bangle has a 2 ½-inch internal diameter, and an inner circumference of about 8 inches. Each setting measures about ½ inch by 3/8 inch. The bangle is 1/16 inch wide. It is marked 925 for sterling silver.

This pendant was constructed by a studio jeweler in the Brutalist style. It is composed of a rounded plaque with organic, coral-like protrusions applied to an oxidized surface. The tip of one branch is set with a white sapphire. The bail is very sturdy; the back shows a distinctive but unidentified maker’s mark. The larger sides are designed as abstract forms with a pocked layer on a thin, flat surface. The opposite sides are undecorated rectangular panels. Here is a bold, mid-century modernist money clip. It's composed of a flexible but sturdy forged-wire frame, with an applied mounted piece of rosewood in a trapezoidal shape. A silver half-bead is applied to a crossbar near the top. The wood has a polished surface and shows no damage or cracking. The clip is unmarked, but tests as sterling. It measures 2 ½ inches long by ¾ inch wide.

A wonderful hammered sterling silver neck ring with a large pendant of a fish in mosaics. Has an iridescent eye. Neck ring is approximately 16 1/2" around. Hard to measure due to the curvature of the links. Lightly hammered, very nice work. Pendant measures about 4 1/2" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Hook closure. An irregular shaped piece of amber is mounted in a handmade bezel. The mounting is decorated with hand-applied silver biomorphic protrusions. The bailbears the Krakow mark for .916 silver, with an additional mark indicating added metal, although all of the metal tests as silver. The pendant measures 2 ½ inches long, including the bail and jump ring, and 1 3/8 inches wide.

A clean, modernist design characterizes this ring, which is composed of a graduated rounded sterling band inset with an irregularly shaped piece of teak or rosewood. It mostly likely dates from the late 1960s to mid-1970s. There is an unidentified triangular mark on the outer band. The ring tests strongly for silver, and is probably European. It is sized a 6 1/4. Gross weight: 4.7 grams

This mid-century, handmade pendant is decorated with an applied pinwheel motif. The chain is sturdy and has a secure spring-ring clasp; it is original to the piece.
