A book piece design, it's shown in the Morrill/Berk book "Silver Masters of Mexico", as well as "Mexican Silver". This early 1940's Los Castillo necklace is a masterpiece, designed by Margot van Voorhies Carr / Margot de Taxco, who was married to Antonio Castillo at that time. It's executed in 980 silver, measuring 19" end to end. Just shy of 1 3/4" wide. Weight is 255.2 grams. Signed and hallmarked "980 Los Castillo Taxco", with the design # 262. Absolutely stunning.

Circa 1930's to early 40's, this is a crazy killer gorgeous ring and ultimate statement piece from Fred Davis. The amethyst measures 1 3/16" x 15/16, and it is huge. Silver tests out to be just over 97% purity. Quite substantial at a weighty 22.8 grams. Measures a size 7.5 on a ring sizer. Signed and hallmarked with the conjoined FD, Silver, and Made in Mexico. It's in excellent vintage condition. Has never been sized.

Dating early 1940's, this is a rarely seen Los Castillo necklace. Likely a Margot design, as she was married to Antonio Castillo at that time. It's a gorgeous piece, with the centerpiece measuring 4 5/8" across, 3" tall. Lays perfectly on the neck, and looks spectactular on. Closed, wearable length is 16". Weight is 92.6 grams. Collector quality, with no issues whatsoever. Excellent in every way.

These amethyst earrings have no hallmarks. They were converted to posts, and whatever marks were present are now gone. The design is one which I've only seen from Matilde Poulat. Amethysts are gorgeous, perfectly matched in color with natural inclusions. Each earring measures 1 1/16" x 7/8". Weight is 21.1 grams. No dings, dents, dimples. Amethyst are free of any cracks or chips.

A spectacular bracelet by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs comprised of six sterling silver wired wrapped irregular shaped polished stones including amethyst, white quartz, rose quartz, rutilated quartz, aquamarine and citrine. The bracelet measures 8 1/2 " end to end but because of the thickness of the stones, it fits a wrist of 7- 7 1/2" or so. The stones are beautiful and smooth with lots of natural inclusions. It is in fine original condition, no chips or cracks...

An amazing sterling and fire opals bracelet by Mexican designer Carmen Beckmann. The stones are varied and vibrant in color and are all in beautiful condition. Beckmann is one of the few well known women Mexican silversmiths of her time, active primarily in the 60's and 70's and having a shop in San Miguel de Allende. Measuring 8" end to end, this bracelet is 7/8" wide and weighs 103 grams. No condition issues, secure push in clasp. Signed as shown. A rare and spectacular Beckmann piece.
