I think romance is the tale of this storyteller necklace by Far Fan who is known for quality workmanship. The wearable length is approximately 17.5in. Here is a coral garland (also referred to as “festoon” or “swag”) necklace, consisting of 8 coral cabuchons of graduated lengths and sizes. The three longest drops are on rigid bars. The coral is a lovely dark ox-blood red. Coral was believed to prevent bad luck, and to be an aid to meditation. Vintage Mexican silver Maestro Beto is the signature on this beautifully hand chased, solid show stopper. The chain is a swirl that measures .25in. tall while the drop is a 2 1/8th in. diameter circle with a synthetic color changing stone. It shows off blue, pink and purple hues depending on the light. The weight is a hefty 57 grams and is made with thick silver. The wearable length is 16in. I have never seen anything made by Beto that was not well executed, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Vintage 1940-45 hand forged sterling silver pin designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico Maestro Hector Aguilar (1905-86). The pin measures 2 3/4" X 2 3/4" & weighs 40 grams. The stone measures 7/8" across. Both silver & stone are in beautiful condition. The 990 pure silver content gives this "tongues of fire" design an excellent soft & warm patina. Framed square sterling pin with center square moss agate stone by modernist Frances Holmes Boothby, c.1950's. It measures 1 3/8" square and is signed "STERLING fhb". Beautiful stone and in excellent condition.....$15 USA for insured shipping & applicable NY tax.

Enrique Ledesma high sheen Mexican silver work of art weighing 50 grams and having a height of 7/8th of an inch. My pictures truly can not capture the beauty of this bracelet. In my hands the obsidian is BLAZING and I could not get one photo of it. There are reflections in the pictures, no loss or damage. An excellent example of Ledesma workmanship at a time before lazers were used to cut the jewelers stones.

Large sterling cuff links, each set with a single amber stone. By the Polish modernist silversmith collective ORNO, circa 1960s or '70s. Each piece measures almost 1.5" long x .75". Marked "ORNO" and with the Polish hallmark for silver. Excellent condition, with one natural amber a slightly different shade than the other.

Large copper stylized ram's head pin made by Rebajes, c.1940s. The pin is in excellent and very clean condition. The pin measures 2 7/8" x 1 7/8".

Hand made in the early 1930's this large 2 1/4" X 2 1/4" Spratling design weighs 47 grams. The buckle will fit up to a 1 1/4" wide strap. The high 980 grade silver provides an exceptional silky texture to the design. The hallmarks on the back are WS TAXCO 980 Mexico. This design is pictured on p. 150 of SPRATLING SILVER by Cederwall & Riney and on Goddard's spratlingsilver.com. The buckle is in excellent condition with a beautiful patina.
