This is the Hector Aguilar Three Domes Pin. It is featured on page 62 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny Morrill. She dates it c. 1950. It measures 3 1/8" by 1 1/8" and is in fine original condition. Signed for Hector Aguilar as show. Classic HA.

Architectural modernist sterling horse head earrings by Paul Lobel(1899-1983), c.1950's. These earrings show a stylized horse head with applied silver wire forming a dimensional profile. The silver is cut unevenly to show the mouth and each measures 1" wide by 3/4" long. In excellent condition, each are signed "LOBEL STERLING". One of the best figural modernist designs ever executed. Designed in the pre-Columbian style, this sterling silver bracelet is composed of curved openwork panels connected with small pins. It bears the mark of J.N. Jacopo, for the Jacopo brothers of Mexico City and Taxco; it also bears the eagle mark with the number 3. The bracelet has a nice, hefty feel and is of good quality. There is a minor area of metal stress at one link (see Photo #4)...

A wonderful vintage hand wrought sterling silver bracelet in an Arts and Crafts design. Signed with a conjoined 'JM' for Joseph Masaniello, a New York Mid Century Modernist jeweler who was instructed in Arts and Crafts traditions. Also marked Sterling. Measures 7 7/8" long and 1" at the widest. Has a hook clasp that holds securely. Curved vines design sits nicely around the wrist. Nice warm patina, very well made.

Gerardo Lopez was and is known to have made these gorgeous pectoral necklaces that really say it all about the fashion of Mexican silver in the Spratling era. This example is correctly hallmarked as shown and has no damage of any kind. The patina is natural and untouched for as long as I have owned it for several years. What is most interesting is that when you look and compare to another there is often a design element a little different between each other. The drop is 4in. across and 4in...

An unusual silver bracelet and pendant featuring Pre Columbian figures embellished with green stones. Probably from Peru or Ecuador. May be purchased as a set or individually.

The bracelet is made up of three panels depicting a figure holding a prong set rough cut green stone. Has four connecting sections of 6 links between each panel.

Measures 7 3/4" long so will fit a larger wrist. Has a fold over clasp that snaps securely. Marked 0850 or 0950 for silver on the clasp...

This early vintage Antonio Pineda 970 Silver bracelet features thick sculpted links set with uniquely cut Amethyst "tubes" witch are set so when the bracelet is closed it appears that the amethyst weave in and out of the silver links. It measures 7" long by 3/4" wide and weighs 76.2 grams. Hallmarked with the Antonio Taxco Crown, Silver, Made in Mexico, 970, ZZ 779 and the eagle 17. Secure box clasp and attached safety chain...

Graziella Laffi signed on both the necklace and bracelet. The enamel is in perfect condition as well as the silver. The length is 7 inches and the necklace has a wearable length of 16.5 inches. 1.25in. for the height for both the necklace and bracelet. When I see these there seems to be some that looks very much the same but there is always a change with a fish or bird in different places and size. For all Laffi collectors, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Features a heavy hammered disk attached to a thick curb chain with a hammered squeeze closure key ring at the other end. Measures 6 1/4" long. Marked Paul Voltaire Sterling. Reminiscent of Scandinavian style, this bracelet features lovely openwork panels molded with graceful calla lilies. The panels are securely linked with ribbed sterling bands; the back of one panel bears an applied plaque with a patent number of 121373, which was granted in 1940 to Victor Primavera, who founded Danecraft. It has a secure hook clasp. The bracelet measures about 7 ¼ inches long by about 1 inch wide. Weight: 22.9 grams

A fantastic sterling and azur-malachite necklace and matching earrings by Taxco silversmith Enrique Ledesma. Known for his impeccable technique of fusing stone with silver, this set is a fine example of his craftsmanship.The color of the stones is a beautiful mottled green and blue blend. Hand made silver and cornelian modernist pin/pendant, possibly Israeli, c.1960's. Large and of good weight, this abstract design, measures 3" long by 1 1/2" wide. It is signed with a partial mark on the loop that seems to be Israeli. When worn with a chain, it is worn vertically, and, horizontally, when worn as a pin. The cornelian is bezel set.
