Measures 5" long and 1" at the widest. Signed with the artisan's conjoined FB and sterling.
Constructed of three curved thick sterling wires with connectors. Features a rollover clasp that holds securely. Has some tarnish. The pin closure is slightly bent.
Would look fantastic on a lapel of either a man or a woman. Fine example.
Another Antonio Pineda masterpiece done in black onyx crescents. Very comfortable with 4.5 in. diameter which is approximately 16.5 inches of wearable length. Each crescent is 1.75 inches at the widest point. No damage or repairs. The matching Pineda bracelet is as well listed on my site. It does have a patina that has not been touched and buyer can make it their own. There is 114 grams of stunning design, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
Spratling designed this impressive pendant in the 1940's. Measuring 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" the piece is beautifully detailed with 4 beveled cut amethyst stones & a center cab set into thick silver frames. The sterling chain in the style of Spratling measures 20" long. Together the cross and chain weigh 87 grams. The piece is in beautiful vintage condition. Measures 7' around and 3 1/2" wide. Slightly adjustable due to the open nature of the design.

A vintage sterling silver brooch from the Studio Modernist jeweler, Olaf Skoogfors with a smiling sun.
The brooch measures about 1 3/8" in diameter. Has a bale so can also be worn as a pendant. Signed Olaf Skoogfors on the back.
Rollover clasp holds securely. Fine condition, has some wear to the gold wash towards the top of the brooch and to the raised surfaces.

Hard to find the William Spratling wood and swirl cross in this fine condition with a Spratling chain as well. The chain is 21 inches long and has solid silver links. The drop with bale is 2 5/8 th inches long and 1 and 5/8 th inches across. It bears the old 980 hallmark and weighs 63 grams of thick silver.
A bold Matl Matilde Poulat early bracelet which is 84 grams of expert craftmanship. A you can not miss size of 2.25 in. x 2 in. center piece. 7 3/8 th inches long. The stones are red coral, Turquoise, and citrine. The birds have excellent carving and there is no damage or repairs of any kind. Simply stunning and rare.

The pendant measures 3" long including the bale and 1 1/4" across. The 18" chain is made up of flattened sterling bars connected with rivets. Has a hook closure. Has a very industrial feel.

Fun and perfect for this summer - especially if you decide to stay away from beaches! - this mod sterling silver "fish with air bubble" necklace by Los Castillo comes out of the workshop's "onix negro" line of jewelry. I find this technique fascinating - it poses a big challenge to the lapidary's and silversmith's abilities as the onyx slab has to be carved out precisely to the dimensions of the sterling inlay that will be set in it...
A pair of vintage sterling silver heart shaped earrings by Peggy Ackerly, (1921-2011), who apprenticed with Sam Kramer from 1943-64. Ackerly helped design and execute many of Kramer's most iconic pieces. These earrings are post 1968, when she began using the conjoined MA mark for Margaret Ackerly.

This Quetzalcoatl necklace and brooch is a true sculpture. Beautifully detailed with 107 grams of heavy silver repousse. The wearable length is 18 inches long. The drop / brooch is 3in. and 3.75in. tall. There is no damage and a gorgeous natural patina. The feathered repousse chain links easily unhook to become a brooch. Signed Made in Mexico which indicates made in Mexico City and very early as later Silversmiths signed their names or hallmarks. Tests higher than 925 just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
A variation of Antonio's amethyst cluster necklaces that doesn't come up often, this modernist dream is wrought in Pineda's signature fine, .970 alloy and adorned with richly colored stones. The renowned Taxco designer plays with a-symmetry here as the necklace's focal point, the stylized amethyst floral cascade, reaches out from the back of the neck and unfolds itself on its right side instead of occupying the center front...

Silver gilt earrings from the years just after the French Revolution, with hallmarks used 1798 – 1809. “Poissarde” (fishmonger’s wife) model with hinges fastening in the front motif, in this case a faceted ball. The little loops stopped the earrings from sliding forwards in front of the ear lobes. Diameter "1 / 2.8 cm. Condition: fine.
