A sterling silver hand wrought necklace with a central fringe of molten, drippy dangles by the mid century modernist studio jeweler, Ruth Berridge, (1921-2004). The necklace measures about 17 1/4" long, and the longest drop is 1 1/2". Marked Berridge in three places on the back of the drops. There are two hooks on the snake chain that hold securely. Fine condition. This piece is from her estate. Amazing work from a gifted artist.

Kerr sterling belt in Victorian style with cherubs, c.1890. The buckle is a bouquet and lattice design measuring 3" by 2 3/4" and clips on to the last link. Large, assymetrical applied silver on oxydized silver background modernist design CROSS pin with 4 1/2 mm cultured pearl at center. Made by JO CATANZARO, deceased modernist jeweler from Buffalo NY, c.1950's. This piece is part of the collection that was purchased from her studio after her death in 2004. Measures 2 7/8" by 2". This Eisenberg sterling figural fur clip 2 3/4" square. The leaves and stem are covered in rhinestones. The center stone is 1 5/8" x 1 3/8" and has a yellowish tint to it.

Here is a solid, well crafted sterling bracelet with greens stones(perhaps turquoise but probably chrysocolla- not tested). With partially obliterated marks, it appears to be 950 sterling. The clasp is a bit tricky - it snaps shut, but to open, one needs to press down on the turquoise cab while pressing the bottom of the box clasp to release the locking mechanism.Measuring 8" x 3/4", it weighs a hefty 84grams.

An unusual and elegant sterling bracelet with saw tooth bezel set carnelian by Frank Patania. Measuring 5 3/4" around in the inside plus an additional 1 1/2" opening, it is 1 3/8" wide and weighs 85 grams. Fine original condition and signed as shown. A bold mid-century design with great stones.

Formed as a stylized, textured ribbon, bisected by a flattened band. The pin has a dynamic feel and is quite sturdy. The rollover clasp is original to the piece and in good working order. This classic A. Michelsen daisy pin has a diameter of 1 3/4”. The white enamel petals, like layered rays, are shiny and beautiful surrounding the detailed, sterling vermeil, textured disk. An ornate piece of cast work featuring flowers, scrolls, garlands and scallop shells. The pin is set with a central faceted rectangular citrine, tiny pieces of orange glass and seed pearls. The C-clasp is secure; the pin stem is struck with a special Hungarian mark used from 1937-1999 indicating a piece that may have left the country temporarily, as for an exhibition. The brooch measures 1 ½ inches long by 1 1/8 inches wide.

This lovely pin is by the Norwegian designers, Frank + Regine Juhls. It is convex with a cool mod design. Its diameter is 1 1/2" and it's 1/4" deep. The back is marked JUHLS and 925 S. It is in excellent condition.

Maestro Nestor is one of Taxco’s well-kept little secrets. He is not widely known - only the very dedicated vintage Mexican silver jewelry collectors are aware of his work - and his pieces can vary in style and inspiration. This necklace was produced by P. Ochoa in Mexico City during the 1930's - 1940's. One seldom comes across the work of this silversmith, whose work closely mirrors that of Matilde Poulat. Spratling described this stunning design as "a wide Aztec bracelet with framed buttons" according to Goddard's spratlingsilver.com. It was one of Spratling's most popular designs in the 1930's - 1940's and still is today. Weighing 185 grams, the bracelet measures 2" high at the front with 1 1/8" opening at the back. The interior measures 2 1/2" across the inside. The bracelet is in beautiful condition with an aged patina. The design is also referred to as River of Life bracelet.

This simple handmade sterling silver pin features a golf club applied to a rectangular panel; a 1941 penny is set from the back within a horseshoe-shaped frame. This is an antique Scottish silver pebble florette pin that is 2 1/4” in diameter and is heavy and really well made. The stones are MONTROSE grey striped banded agate, carnelian and bloodstone and the center piece is brandy colored cairngorn stone that is hand cut.
