Rare and beautiful 970 silver and aventurine bracelet by Taxco silversmith Antonio Pineda.This is a wonderful mid-century design, one that I have not seen before. Measuring 7" aroung in the inside when closed, it is 1" wide in the center and gradually tapers to the back. Hinged and opens and closes in the back with a push in clasp and original safety chain. Weighing 73 grams, it is in fine original condition and signed with the Antonio crown, eagle 208 JCL Taxco and 970 as shown in the photo...

Made by Margot Van Voorheis this necklace proves that not all great things come in big packages. The workmanship is complicated to say the least. The entire 15in. chain is composed of the tiniest granulated beads which are then channel set throughout with each links length measuring 3/16th of an inch. Beautifully detailed, this delicately hand forged sterling silver necklace and earrings set was designed by Frederick Davis in his very early years living in Mexico City. The necklace measures 16 1/2" long. The central "mask" is 3/4" high. The earrings are also 3/4" high. The Fred Davis FD hallmark is on the necklace clasp. Rare sterling double layered biomorphic shaped cuff by New York Modernist Ed wiener. This is his early work and a design rarely seen. Measuring 5 " around in the inside plus a 1 1/4" opening, it is 1 7/8" at the widest point and weighs 63 grams. It is in fine original condition and signed as shown. Molds perfectly on the wrist and looks spectacular.
