I have had this antique Indian Raj bracelet in my collection of unlisted jewelry for quite a while and from time to time, I would take it out and marvel at the miniature paintings that form its links. Colorful, minutely detailed and kept under glass, I think they depict long past scenes of Hanuman Jayanti - the feast and parade to mark the birthday of Lord Hanuman, Indian god of wisdom, strength and devotion...

A fine pair of vintage 1930s Mexican sterling and natural amethyst screwback earrings. Vintage unsigned unmarked yet tested sterling silver Mission style bail holding an odd faceted light as a feather amber pendant on newer 21" sterling chain.
The amber piece is Just under 2 1/2" X 1 1/8 @ widest while the large bench made bail adds another 3/8". This is an old piece as evidenced by some teenie semi circular drill marks at the drilled areas that old organic pieces often get from age and arid conditions. Priced Accordingly. Decorated with applied grapes, vines and gold leaves, set with an amethyst, this arts and crafts cross pendant is probably English and reminiscent of the work of Henry George Murphy, though it is unsigned. A vintage hand made Arts and Crafts period hammered silver pendant by Albert Kahlbrandt, (1878-1961), Hamburg, Germany.

Possibly 800 silver, there is a tiny touch mark on the front near the top.

Pendant measures 2 1/4" long and 1 1/2" across. Marked Handarbeit, Kahlbrandt and Hamburg and the number 8. Mark is partially obscured by extra solder, not sure why it is there.

Chain measures 10" long on each side. Has a spring clasp that holds securely.
