This pre-1948 bracelet is a huge, wide, weighty piece and a Fred Davis design. It's unsigned, marked simply "Silver Mexico".
The panels have a geometric design inspired by pre-Columbian clay stamps which Davis collected. You can see a similar Fred Davis bracelet with amethysts in my shop.
Bracelet measures a closed, wearable length of 7", with a width of 2 1/8"...

Unusual mid-century modernist organist or brutalist panel bracelet. Clearly handmade and unique, as each panel is different from the next. When you find a Hector Aguilar with stones and as exceptional as these colorful stones, you have found a rare treasure. This necklace is a bit over one inch tall and has a length of 18inches. The silver is 940 pure giving it a whiter contrast than most other designers using 925 silver. No damage to this necklace as it has been well loved and the condition shows us that. There is a matching bracelet also listed separately on my site...
An exceptional gilt filigree scarab bracelet marked on the box clasp LORAN SIM. The company was in production during the 50's-60's in Providence, RI. One link is attached to the filigree by a small thread.(It's very hard to discern, though one may want to have a jeweler resolder it.See photo with blue scarab.)Please refer to the carnelian scarab for internal cracks. The real stone scarabs measure 3/4" x 5/8"; the bracelet 7.5" x 1".
Some might say this Margot de Taxco pectoral is her defining work since leaving Los Castillo. The length is approximately 17in. Weight is 96 grams of masterful repousse technique. It spans 3.25in. across on the drop and 2.5in. at the widest point for the height. Design #5184 is seldom seen now and this one has a warm natural patina. No damage or repairs, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
A heavy, organic design distinguishes this handmade Mexican ring from its contemporaries. The stone is set within a vine-like mount, and is highly polished, fiery, showing very little wear. The ring band and mount have somewhat of a rough, handcrafted look, and the surface has a robust patina from age. It dates c. 1960, and is partially marked Mexico on the inner band on one side, and 925 with another mark starting with M that could be for Mexico or the maker’s initials...
