A very high quality and well made sterling cuff bracelet with a great Modernist design. It is signed H. Pozzo 925 in the inside and Made in France with two French hallmarks on the outer rim of one terminal. The bracelet measures 5 1/2" around in the inside with an additional 1 1/2" opening. It weighs 67 grams and is in fine original condition. I have not been able to find any information on this designer but I love this piece.

A true statement piece this Antonio Pineda Bracelet is fine example of his artistry and skill with Amethyst cylinders at the center of thick concave silver links. Large sterling and copper martini stir/spoon by Los Castillo, Mexico, c.1948. Hand wrought and made of heavy gauge silver, it weighs 2 1/2 troy ounces and measures 15 INCHES LONG. A very nice Art Deco scarab bracelet set in silver. Three glass scarabs alternate with pierced silver sunbursts set with marcasites. The sparkle of the marcasites is a nice foil for the heaviness of the scarabs. Scarab jewelry became popular after the discovery of King Tut’s tomb in the 1920s. The back is marked “Sterling”.

Design 5161 is a Margot de Taxco masterpiece of beads and swirls. Hallmarked correctly as shown with a 100 gram weight showing off quality repousse and a generous 18 inch wearable length. The drop is constructed with 3 links which measures an expansive 7 in. It leads up the neck without intrusion to the sides of the neck. It makes a perfect silhouette and lays in a well thought out manner...

A vintage modernist Mexican Sterling Silver and Onyx Masks link bracelet by Fred Davis. Has 6 curved shields alternating with 6 carved stylized onyx masks. Measures approximately 7" long and 3/4" wide. Hook closure. Has a safety chain. Has what appears to be part of a conjoined FD mark. Was acid tested for sterling silver. Has tarnish and surface scratches on the shields. Appears to have some shellac or varnish on the silver...

The Arts and Crafts is one of my favorite periods in jewelry design - emphasis on motifs from nature, design that focuses on craftsmanship while allowing the viewer to follow the artisan's hand, "honest" materials without necessarily seeking out the most expensive metals and gemstones, it was a real break with the fussy excesses of Victorian aesthetics. A sterling silver hand wrought brooch by the mid century modernist studio jeweler, Ruth Berridge, (1921-2004).

Shaped like a fish with two layers of curved, overlapping sterling. Has a multidimensional effect. Measures about 2 3/4" across and 1 1/2" high. Signed Berridge, Handmade and Sterling on the back. Rollover clasp holds securely. Fine condition with minor surface scratches and a some tarnish.

An abstract sterling silver brooch by Modernist NYC Silversmith, Henry Steig. May be a stylized leaf or feather. Measures 2" long and 1" at the widest. Signed on the back Steig Sterling. Rollover safety clasp holds securely. There is an area along the darkened edge that is textured, not sure if that is original or wear. Nice contrast of polished and darkened sterling. Interesting three dimensional feel.

A rare hand wrought bracelet by Madeline Turner, a New York City Jeweler who worked from the 1930's to the 1950's. She designed jewelry for Georg Jensen USA. In sterling silver with periwinkle blue art glass cabochons. Marked with her conjoined M Turner hallmark. Measures about 6 1/4" around and about 1" wide. Clasp snaps closed tightly. Has a safety clasp. In very nice condition. A wonderful example of her work.

A rare sterling silver bracelet with teardrop shaped bezel set amethyst cabochons from the workshops of Antonio Pineda in Taxco. In this version, the amethyst is completely encased in a sterling outer teardrop.

The bracelet measures 7 1/8" long and 1 1/4" wide. Has a secure box clasp. Marked with a partial Pineda Crown. Has some tarnish and minor signs of wear. The stones feel smooth with no chips or roughness. They have natural inclusions.
