A delightfully feisty-looking cat is featured in the French Art Nouveau brooch. We’re particularly fond of his enormously long whiskers that stretch the full width of the pin. The pin is stamped with French silver marks and with an illegible maker’s mark.
NOTE: The pin could be worn as a pendant with the addition of a bail to the back.

An attractive Eastern or Indonesian sterling silver 18" necklace with 5 fringed 1-1/2" triangular drops c1920-30. This unsigned necklace tests as high grade silver (.800 grade silver or higher, mark obscured), it weighs 24.1 grams, it has 1/4" loop-linked segments and a slightly more recent silver plated spring-ring catch, the triangular drops have beaded flower-like designs and twisted-wire dangly fringe; it is at least 65 years old and may be older...

These cool earrings are best described by the pictures.... The "hook" portion of the earrings measure 1 3/4". The "tear drop" measures (approximately) 3/4" x 3/4" x 3/8" -- again, see pictures. They "hang" 2". They are circa 1980's.
A very rare piece of hand wrought sterling silver modernist jewelry by the San Francisco Metalsmith, Harry Dixon.
This unusual massive cuff bracelet has a large spinach green and yellow striated raised agate. Very three dimensional.
Measures 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1 1/8". Does not have much flexibilty. Measures 2 7/8" wide at the front. Weighs 105 gr.
Marked with a stamped Harry Dixon and Sterling.
Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish...
A vintage signed Forstner sterling silver engraved hinged bangle bracelet c1940s-50s. This bracelet measures 2-3/8" x 2-1/4" (across the interior/inside of the bracelet), and it is 3/4" wide. It is hand-engraved on both the front and back side, with an allover design. It has a buttonless (hidden) clasp and a safety chain, and it weighs 28.9 grams. This item is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...
One of Taxco's most famous modernists Sigi Pineda was also a very prolific designer and at his best moments, truly inspired. I am used to seeing minimalist, fluid pieces by him and the brooch at hand, wrought in sterling silver and adorned with a teardrop-shaped obsidian, is the result of a good moment indeed...
Unique and audacious showpiece ring by Jens Asby of Copenhagen, Denmark, circa 1970s. The design is striking, as is all the work by this famed silversmith. The large, deep blue stone is held by an interesting bracket which is integral to the design. This open-ended sterling silver ring can be adjusted. Traditional Balinese bangle and ring, sterling silver with silver pearl filigree and gold inlay. 1950’s (?), marked 925 and 22 K. The inner width of the bangle is "2 ½ / 6.8 cm, inner diameter of the ring "2/3/ 18 mm. Condition: some wear to the bangle’s gold inlay (cf. pics).
A very fine, large vintage silver knifewing pin with multi stone inlay of spiny oyster, turquoise, jet and mother of pearl, circa 1940. Knifewing represents the Zuni god of war. This symbol was worn by warriors to protect them in battle, but also represents courage, honor, wisdom and strength. The pin measures 3 1/8" by 2 3/4" and weighs 35 grams. It is in fine original condition. The stones are free of chips or cracks. A beautiful example of vintage Zuni lapidary work.
An interesting silver pendant depicting the solar system and the attributes of the sign Leo—a lion and a depiction of the sun representing the heavenly body that rules those born into Leo. The pendant is signed “AC” and is stamped with French silver hallmarks.

This bracelet is the work of Horatio de la Parra, whose company Plateria Azteca produced hollowware for both William Spratling and Hector Aguilar.
It's an early piece, dating to the 1940's. Six repoussé silver panels, each with a high domed amethyst cabochon, make for a regal deco design bracelet which closes with a pin.
Closed, wearable length is 6 3/4"...
