Elegant and rarely seen 940 silver bracelet by Hector Aguilar. It measures approximately 7 1/4" end to end. Hard to be exact since it is curved and the safety chain is attached. Rare and beautiful 970 silver and aventurine bracelet by Taxco silversmith Antonio Pineda.This is a wonderful mid-century design, one that I have not seen before. Measuring 7" aroung in the inside when closed, it is 1" wide in the center and gradually tapers to the back. Hinged and opens and closes in the back with a push in clasp and original safety chain. Rare sterling double layered biomorphic shaped cuff by New York Modernist Ed wiener. This is his early work and a design rarely seen. Measuring 5 " around in the inside plus a 1 1/4" opening, it is 1 7/8" at the widest point and weighs 63 grams. It is in fine original condition and signed as shown. Beautifully detailed, this delicately hand forged sterling silver necklace and earrings set was designed by Frederick Davis in his very early years living in Mexico City. The necklace measures 16 1/2" long. The central "mask" is 3/4" high. The earrings are also 3/4" high. The Fred Davis FD hallmark is on the necklace clasp. At some point in later years the earrings were converted to posts and are no longer hallmarked. The set is in beautiful condition with unpolished patina...
