Here is a sensational sterling bangle with fretwork and crushed turquoise. Signed JEG Taxco 925 with an eagle 2. Weighing 53 grams, the inner diameter (closed) is just shy of 2-1/4" and the piece is 7/8" wide. Remnants of polish. The photos make the turquoise appear green but it is blue with a hint of green.

I have had this mod Taxco bracelet a few times over the years - also in ring, earrings and brooch form. And I never tire of it! The example at hand is signed by maestro Moreno and it has the beguiling sculpturality that makes the design memorable. Two perfectly crafted silver spheres sitting on stylized leaves - that is all yet it is so much more. Gutsy, slick and eye-catching at the same time - definitely a bracelet for the daring among us...

A vintage modernist silver necklace with three large charms suspended from a rectangular bar by the master sculptor and artist from Ecuador, Oswaldo Guayasamin.

The central pendant measures 4" across with the charms hanging 2". The chain measures 20" long and slides over the head. The center charm is marked with the stylized Guayasamin on the back. The charms are heavy and solid. Fine condition. There are minor scratches to the rectangular bar.

An abstract design, the pendant is set with what appears to be blue indicolite, which is a type of tourmaline, or blue jade. It is marked sterling on the reverse. The chain is composed of linked sterling edged rods, and is marked Italy and sterling on the flattened jump ring. One rod is slightly bent. The entire clasped necklace measures 18 inches long; the pendant is 3 inches long by 2 3/8 inches wide.

This pretty lavalier or pendant is enameled on both sides - unusual for Arts & Crafts pieces. The front has a central panel in a beautiful peacock blue, and 2 outer panels in the shape of stylized hearts, in a darker blue. The back is sky-blue (a little worn at a few of the high points). A modernist sterling silver hand wrought cuff bracelet signed 'AR' in a design reminiscent of the work of Arthur King. Has polished 'globs' of silver along the edges and surrounding the multiple cut outs. The polished sterling contrasts with the oxidized darker areas for an interesting effect.

Measures about 6 1/2" around with an opening of 1". Fits me comfortably and I have an average wrist. It is pretty stiff and doesn't have much give.
