A modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet from Denmark, designed by Knud V. Andersen for Anton Michelsen.

The cuff is made from thick sterling with a molten like texture. Measures 6" around with an opening of 1". Measures 1 1/8" at the widest. This size can not be adjusted.

Marked 925S, KVA, Danmark and with the AM hallmark of Anton Michelsen. Note that Denmark is spelled Danmark, so not originally for export.

Fine condition, dark patina. Feels great on!

Lovely necklace signed "HK HANDMADE STERLING DENMARK" made of sterling and enamel. Although extremely rare to see his signature on non George Jensen pieces, it is probably made by Henning Koppel(1918-1982). A wonderful vintage bracelet and matching pair of screw back earrings from Taxco by Victoria ~ Ana Maria Nunez de Brilanti in her 'Double Shadowbox Angel' design.

The bracelet measures 7 3/4" long by 1 1/8" wide. It closes by inserting a pin through interlocking cylinders. The bracelet is marked on the back Victoria, Taxco, Mexico, Sterling, and Style #53. This is the heavier and wider version of the bracelet.

Earrings drop down about 1". They measure 3/4" across...

Sterling modernist ring by silversmith Bill Tendler(1924-1981), NYC, c.1955. Bold architectural design using shiny silver columns set out from an oxydized background. Wonderful circa 1970s silver plate with gold gilt necklace by Danish designer Jacob Hull. Heavyweight and solid, with three shiny, articulated discs hanging from a solid necklace. Wonderfully designed cuff bracelet by Henry Steig, a well known Modernist jewelry designer working in New York City in the 1950s. In 1950 he opened a New York City shop at 51st and First, and a summer store in Provincetown, Massachusetts. In 1955 he moved his NYC shop to 52nd and Lexington. The design of this ridgid bracelet is ingenious, as the opening fits over the bulb of your wrist for comfort. Signed "Henry Steig, sterling". Excellent condition.

This is a Rafael Dominguez turquoise bracelet made before 1948 and properly hallmarked as shown. The weight is 58 grams heavy and is 1.25in. wide. It is 7in. long. The silver is thick and Dominguez is know for his high quality workmanship. Dominguez is a noted maestro in Penny Morril's books. When you own a Dominguez piece you know you bought the best!
