Very rare Hector Aguilar bracelet that measures 1.25 in. tall and 7 in. long. The pyramids have a measurement of 10 mm. in height giving the bracelet great dimension. 87 grams is the weight and the patina is natural and gorgeous. The condition is without repairs and damage. It seriously appears to have hardly been worn. I do not like to use the word rare as all of these treasure made by the top tier Maestros are rare but this one deserves that title. An excellent example and collector quality.

A wonderful pair of sterling silver modernist earrings by the renowned African American jeweler, Art Smith. These screw back earrings measure 2 5/8" long and 5/8" at the widest. Marked with the 'Art Smith' script signature. Screw backs are marked with the pinwheel and 925 for sterling. In fine condition with very minor surface scratches and areas of tarnish. Screw backs hold securely. Very comfortable to wear. Classic mid century modernist design.

Enrique Ledesma was known for his work with stone next to silver. In this necklace he chose some of the brightest obsidian with a flaming gold sheen. I can not capture how black this stone is without much light and also how it glows as you move with the light. The necklace has a wearable length of 17in. and is made with thick silver. The matching earrings are a gorgeous 1.75in. long and have a strong clip back. The height is just under a half inch tall...

Sterling silver watch fob by George W. Shiebler. An outstanding example of the "Medallion" or "Curio Medallion" line, this watch fob is comprised of a horizontal log-like bar inscribed with the Greek letters "XAPIE" suspending five discs depicting Greek gods and goddesses. Pictured from left they are Zeus, unknown, Pallas Athena, unknown, and Mercury. The two unknown images are female and probably depict Aphrodite, Hera or Demeter...

Hand wrought, this large, detailed, sterling silver belt buckle was created c.1940's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hubert Harmon. Measuring 4 1/4" long x 2 1/4" from toe to toe the piece weighs 55 grams. 2 loops on the back measure 1 1/2" across. The smaller loop at the heel is 1 1/8". Early handmade sterling silver bracelet(c.1930) and ring (c.1940) designed and signed by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling(1900-67). Both pieces fully hallmarked. Each is hand forged from heavy gauge sterling silver with a hand tooled rope design. The cuff bracelet is 6 1/4" from end to end with a 1 1/4" gap. Taxco 980 signed pieces are always quality. This link is 118 grams heavy and is the closest thing to the Coco design of the Spratling original necklace which is so very, very rare. The Taxco 980 necklace is 20in. long and has a depth of 7/16th's giving it even more dimension. No dents or damage and kept lovingly through time. One of my favorite things, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

A first design period sterling silver cuff bracelet by William Spratling. This cuff, known as the 'Dog Bone', measures 5 3/4" around with an opening of 1 3/8" and 7/8" wide at the ends. Probably could be slightly adjusted if needed. Marked with the incised WS with Spratling Made in Mexico in a circle mark, and Sterling. Has some minor scratches and tarnish and some very tiny dings. A true find for the collector.

A remarkable vintage sterling bracelet with 7 vibrant deep red coral saw tooth bezel set stones by Carmelo Patania who was the brother of Frank Patania Sr. It measures 6" around in the inside plus a 1 1/4" opening and is 1 1/8" wide. Weighing 69 grams, it is in fine original condition with no chips or cracks to the stones. Signed as shown. The stones are spectacular in color and the chiseling and nugget trim add additional interest to the piece.

This Navajo squash blossom is made of heavy sterling and with expert craftsmanship. It is signed as shown by YH. The long bead is 1.5in. long and the disk beads are 5/8th of an inch tall. I purchased this in the 70's and it has been in my collection ever since and hardly worn. The beads are silky smooth sterling and weighs 172.5 grams. The length is a luxurious 30in. long. Strung on strong chain and in perfect condition, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Plateria Cecilia has produced a very nice rendition of Mexico City folk work. The stones are warmed teal turquoise, dark red coral which looks Mediteranian and an amethyst that is jelly clear purple. The center Medallion is 2 inches tall and the bracelet is 1.25in. tall. There is 7.25in. of length and also 60 grams of silver.

A museum quality oval pendant signed Benevidez (Johnny) and Tim Yazzie Sterling. Possibly a piece by both men who are Santo Domingo/Navajo artists. The Tim Yazzie mark is not typical however if one searches the web, one can find similar pieces created by both men. Silver overlay designs highlight the intricately cut lapis,onyx and turquoise stones. A solid pendant, it measures 3-1/4 x 1-1/2" and weighs a hefty 49gr. The sterling collar has a hook clasp and is marked TS 91 Taxco 925.

Early 1940's sterling silver necklace signed by Taxco, Mexico silver Maestro Los Castillo. The design features 11 chanel set cabochon globes of cobalt blue glass. 3 globes are framed by abstract silver agave leaves. Necklace measures 15 1/2" wearable inches long. Made from colorful Scottish chalcedonies and set with a warm, orange-brown Scottish citrine, this late 19th-century brooch typifies a design that was extremely fashionable during the Victorian era. All the stones are in lovely condition and securely set; the faceted cairngorm, or citrine, is held in place by sterling silver engraved straps. The red chalcedonies are sharply cut into pyramids, alternating with inset green triangular pieces of agate that look to be bloodstone...

Early SAM KRAMER modernist sterling ring with rutilated quartz cabochon, c.1948. I acquired this Georg Jensen silver repousse bracelet years ago but waited for a long time to present it in the store - I was tempted to keep it and would have done so but for its length. This is Jensen’s des. no 3 and when it came to me it was accompanied by its matching necklace (sold earlier this month). A closer study of the hallmarks, however, indicates that the bracelet is earlier than its companion, pre-1945, in fact, if I am not mistaken...

This Margot De Taxco Sterling Silver Bracelet is perfect for any occasion! The bracelet is 7.5 inches long with a 105 gram weight. Links are curved and lay beautifully on the wrist. The center domes are repousse while the swirls are hand carved solid and thick silver. It is wide and will impress.
