These beautiful, sterling silver earrings have a classic Mexican, 1940's design. They are screwbacks, and measure 1" x 1" x 1". The central stones are bezel-set: green chalcedony / jade. Each earring's back is marked HECHO EN MEXICO D.F. 925, with a maker's mark of JP inside a rectangle. The D.F. stands for Distrito Federal: made in Mexico City.
Felipe Martinez opened his shop, "Piedra Y Plata" in 1950. A former sculptor who had worked with Hubert Harmon in the 1940's, Martinez was known for his work with beautiful stones which melded seamlessly into his silver designs.

Attributions are a difficult issue in the world of vintage Mexican silver jewelry - they are almost never accepted. If a piece is not signed, it’s just not signed! In this case, however, I will put my years of experience behind my suggestion that the necklace I am presenting here is the work of Reveriano Castillo. When I acquired it, it had no clasp and since the specific Reveri design is usually marked exactly there, the connection to its maker was lost...
Los Castillo's fern clamper is simply the best. No other leaf can compare. The weight is heavy at 101 grams. The height is 3.75 inches. For fit the inside diameter is 2.5 in. I believe this will best fit up to a 6.5in. wrist. There are no dents,damage or repairs. The leaves meet exactly where they are supposed to with no overlap. A superior treasure.
Here is a brightly colored, enamel Panda Bear charm: so cute. It measures 7/8" x 7/8". The back of the charm is marked MEXICO 925 and eagle 15 mark. Although eagle number 15 was used by such famous silversmiths as Los Castillo and Antonio Pineda, this piece was very, very likely to have been made by Castelan, who used only eagle number 15 and did some work with silver and enamel (although, he worked mostly with just sterling silver)...
A vintage sterling silver bangle bracelet by American Modernist jeweler, Ronald Hayes Pearson with a curved and angled design. Can be worn with the curves facing front or sideways.
Measures between 8 and 8 1/2" around the inside. Measures 2 1/2" in diameter and 1/2" at the widest. Hard to get an exact measurement due to the curves. Slides onto my average size wrist easily.

Lovely orange agate and 800 silver floral design pendant, signed RR, possibly from Germany, c.1920's. It measures 2 1/2" long by 1 1/2" wide, and bottom part of silver design swings freely. Formed as a square panel with rounded corners, featuring an incised seaweed-like design enhanced by oxidation, this Joseph Skinger design is called "Pine Needle." The pin has its original rollover clasp, which is quite secure. It is marked sterling and has Skinger’s script signature. Joseph Skinger was a Vermont studio metalsmith who was most productive during the 1950s and 1960s; he died in 1967. The pin measures a little over 1 3/8 inches square. Weight: 7.5 grams
