Vintage unsigned unmarked yet tested sterling silver Mission style bail holding an odd faceted light as a feather amber pendant on newer 21" sterling chain.
The amber piece is Just under 2 1/2" X 1 1/8 @ widest while the large bench made bail adds another 3/8". This is an old piece as evidenced by some teenie semi circular drill marks at the drilled areas that old organic pieces often get from age and arid conditions. Priced Accordingly. Lovely sterling silver brooch worked in soft white guilloche enamel and featuring a painted enamel bouquet of blue gentians. The workmanship is very fine. The back is marked "S925S" and retains the original c-clasp which indicates an early date.

A nicely cast sterling silver band of nautilus shells surrounds an oval, semi-translucent piece of gorgeous carnelian in this Arts and Crafts brooch presented here. This chain is nicely hand-constructed with applied cast curled pieces that are reminiscent of the applied and hand-worked French chains of the turn of the 20th century. This one appears to be a bit later; the beading looks to have been cast with the rest of the elements and connected with hand-formed S-shaped links. This fine brooch is sterling silver. It is circa 1920, I believe. Each disk is encircled by sterling then black glass with clear rhinestones, encircling more beveled, black glass (perhaps crystal). It measures 1 3/4" x 3/4". The back is marked STER inside a fish with an L in its mouth for Fishel Nessler & Co., New York, NY. It is also marked PAT'D APRIL 14'05. It is in excellent condition.

Good things come in small packages. This charming pin is small but beautiful. It is made of 800 silver, enameled on both front and back, and centered with a square-cut peridot.
