Hand made silver and cornelian modernist pin/pendant, possibly Israeli, c.1960's. Large and of good weight, this abstract design, measures 3" long by 1 1/2" wide. It is signed with a partial mark on the loop that seems to be Israeli. When worn with a chain, it is worn vertically, and, horizontally, when worn as a pin. The cornelian is bezel set. Moonstone cabochons are bezel-mounted within oval onyx panels sitting in silver linked frames. All stones are very secure; one moonstone has a crack down the center that isn’t highly visible but can be felt by running a fingernail over it. The moonstones exhibit a milky quality with some blue highlights.The bracelet has a new sterling silver spring-ring clasp. The bracelet is unmarked, but the bezel mounts around the onyx panels test positively for silver...
Modernist design enamel and silver pin, c.1950's. Design is a pair of flesh-colored hands with a blue bird in the upper left corner. The other enamel colors are red, yellow, green, black, and brown. Striking sterling silver and gem stone quality amethyst bracelet designed and signed circa 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist artist Antonio Pineda. Bracelet measures 3/4" wide with a wearable length of up to 6 1/2" long. Beautiful condition with no chips or dings. This simple handmade sterling silver pin features a golf club applied to a rectangular panel; a 1941 penny is set from the back within a horseshoe-shaped frame. Two beads at the ends of the setting prevent the penny from falling out. The back bears the sterling mark and the unidentified maker’s initials of KLE. It measures 1 5/8 inches long by 1 inch wide.
A heavy and well-constructed 835 silver European openwork 6-7/8" bracelet. It is 3/8" wide, it has a box clasp with safety loops and it weighs 20.4 grams. This Mexican brooch is pre-Columbian in design. The onyx face is decorated with a silver headdress, earrings, and neck ornamentation with “feather” pendants. The bezel-set stone face is onyx.

This interesting pin is constructed of four flat, interlocking rings and has a nice heft to it. The rollover clasp is original to the piece and in good working order. The back bears the maker's mark of a conjoined HT, an unidentified silversmith who also worked with Estela Popowski, as well as independently. There are four other marks on the back: an eagle 20, a Hecho en Mexico mark and two sterling marks. The pin measures 2 inches long by 1 inch wide. Gross weight: 14.9 grams

Gerardo Lopez was and is known to have made these gorgeous pectoral necklaces that really say it all about the fashion of Mexican silver in the Spratling era. This example is correctly hallmarked as shown and has no damage of any kind. The patina is natural and untouched for as long as I have owned it for several years. What is most interesting is that when you look and compare to another there is often a design element a little different between each other. The drop is 4in. across and 4in...

Two(2) pendant necklaces made of brass and silver by the famous NYC modernist Ed Wiener. One of the necklaces is signed:"ED. WIENER" and they are in excellent condition. Each concave disk has a free form applied silver wire and bead design. One pendant measures 2 1/2" and the other, almost 2". They are each hanging on sterling chains, 30" and 19". Early, wonderful, and rare examples of Ed Wiener's artistry. Would consider selling the unsigned necklace separately.....$25 USA insured shipping.
