An outstanding Art Deco sterling silver enamel and marcasites pendant necklace circa 1930. The pendant itslf measures 2" x 1" (including enamelled bale loop). It features colorful matte enamel in of geometric flowers in lilac, yellow, orange, lime green, blue and black with various sizes of marquisites. Please note that the colors may appear several shades brighter in our pictures than they are in real life, and the blue is a light royal blue, not turquoise...

The ornate shank is original to the piece. This foliate design has been seen on some signed Peruzzi; the Italian one using 80% or 800, while the American using 925 sterling.

A vintage sterling silver hammered money clip made by the Gaylord Silvercraft in Wallingford, CT. The Gaylord Farm Sanitarium was active from 1923-1944 and was organized by William Waldo Dodge.

Measures about 2 3/8" long and 1" wide. Marked Sterling, Hand Wrought and with an impressed upright hammer flanked by two wings for the maker. It currently has a 'G' monogram, but could probably be buffed out.

Fine work, quality piece.

Mystery mark reward below. This seahorse motif Arts Crafts or Modernist pin brooch is as found unpolished unmarked for silver content (yet tests at least 90%) is stamped with silversmith's mark of superimposed CW or WC.
The chased seahorse, coral and other sea life motifs appear to be applied on to a slightly convex 55mm (2 1/8") round
Weighs approx 18 grams. Safety clasp. Still unpolished and tests at least 90% yet may be higher than sterling...

Pair of floral design period retro sterling, turquoise, and rubies scatter pins, c.1940's. They each have five curved and crimped petals with a 4-pronged ruby(5 points each) between each petal and a center turquoise stone. There are a total of 10 rubies. A sterling silver hand wrought brooch with a turquoise stone in a floral design by the noted Arts and Crafts jeweler, Mary Gage.

The brooch measures 1 1/8" in diameter and 1 1/8" high. Closes with a secure rolling clasp. Has a warm patina. Marked Mary Gage Sterling under one side of the clasp on the back. In a design with lots of tendrils that she is known for.

Has a very hand made feel, warm patina and organic design. Fine example of Arts and Crafts period metal work.

This .875 silver bracelet is composed of square panels decorated with embossed rosettes and connected by horizontal wires wound around bars. It has a secure tongue-and-groove clasp; the tongue bears the Latvian .875 silver hallmarks for 1922-1940, with maker’s mark of BR.
