We are offering a necklace marked Silver Mexico and it weighs 60 grams of heavy repousse. There are 12 onyx cabochons and all the bezels are well built which certainly indicates a higher quality workmanship. The height is just under one inch. There are no chips, dents or repairs on this treasure. There is a dark natural patina that I have not touched. The S links are often associated with Matl, Matilde Poulat's work and they do give this necklace a very special appeal...

A very well constructed pair of sterling silver and pearl cufflinks by Jean Lasnier. He was a member of the Metal Arts Guild between 1951-64 with many of the well known studio artisans of the Mid Century Modern jewelry movement. The flowers appear to be floating in air on your wrist. The leaves balance the underside. All of this is orchestrated by a simple twisted wire frame. There is great depth with the construction of each flower. The beauty of this cuff is displayed in 2 inches of height and 7inches wearable length including the gap of just under one inch. You can see from the back that the flowers are open backed repousse made with thick silver. No chips or dents...

This great 3-piece set (parure, suite) has a modernist design, with leaves swirling into buds. The brooch is also a pendant. It measures 2 1/4" x 1 1/2". It is marked TAXCO HECHO EN MEXICO STERLING 925 Assay Mark 3 and V.A. (for the silversmith). The earrings are screwbacks and measure 1/2" x 1 1/4", marked TAXCO V.A., as well. This 3-piece set is in great condition and has a good heft.

These charming earrings have a delicate look but are sturdily made; they sit vertically on the ear. The screw backs are quite secure, and are marked sterling. The center of one bow shows a small manufacturing flaw. The earrings measure 1 inch long by 5/8 inch . Weight: 6.6 grams total

A sterling silver heavy brooch with a floral overlay of hammered sterling by Georg Jensen USA. Measures 1 3/4" long and 1 1/2" across. Marked USA Georg Jensen Inc. Sterling Handwrought and 451. Closes with a rollover safety clasp that holds tightly. Has a little tarnish. Pin on the clasp has a slight bend in it. Well made, delicate hammering. Rare design.

A modernist sterling silver and glass brooch or pendant signed 925, Zilka Hand Made. Measures 4" across and 2 1/2" high. Has a bale so can be worn on a neck ring or chain and a rollover safety clasp to be worn as a brooch. Nice warm patina. Great organic design.

Today we are offering an Antonio Pineda moonstone bracelet. The length is 7in. and the width at the widest point is 1.25in.at the curl. All the moonstones glow a beautiful blue and the backs of the mounting are open to receive light. This is properly hallmarked as shown and is a heavy bracelet of 107 grams of almost pure 970 silver. The push pin closure shows of a moonstone jewel of it's own which is just an extraordinary plus in this design. No damage or flaws but there is glare and reflections...

A beautifully executed pin that features a bezel-mounted oval dyed green chalcedony or chrysoprase, surrounded by a layer of leafy flowers and berries. This layer is composed of cast pieces individually applied to a serpentine wirework frame reminiscent of late arts and crafts design; dating would be 1930s or 1940s. The pin has a lovely patina from age and the stone retains its highly polished surface, exhibiting hardly any wear. The rollover clasp is very secure...

This elegant link bracelet has the look and feel of a much more expensive piece, but is made of silver gilt and set with faceted pieces of glass meant to imitate amandine garnets. The seven scrolled cast panels are highly detailed and are linked with connecting rings that are seamlessly fused closed. The spring ring is original to the bracelet and in good working order, and the attached end panel bears the mark 800 for silver content as well as what appear to be the maker’s initials of H.F.W...

A very delicate and colorful bracelet, featuring gilded silver filigreed panels enhanced with blue and green enamel. The enamel is in lovely condition, with only tiny areas of loss.
