This signed Matilde Poulat necklace lays beautifully and is a statement maker at 1.5in. tall and 17in. wearable length. This is a pre-1960 signage with patent, registration, Matl and Mexico no eagle. The quality workmanship is further demonstrated with a weight of 131 grams. Matl lovers should include this in their collection, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

A Labradorite sterling silver pendant on chain necklace from the 1950s (or earlier). This 1 x 7/8" pendant features a clear and white striped Labradorite stone with underlaying blue fire and it comes with a later 18-1/8" fine link chain with a springring clasp. The (tested) pendant is unmarked and the chain is faintly stamped ST with a possible maker's mark. It weighs 4.3 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

RARE OFFERING:Presented for sale is a historic place card holder for James Hagerty at a meeting between President Eisenhower and Lopez Mateos in the Hotel El Mirador on Feb.19,1959, hand made by Los Castillo, Mexico,1959. Hagerty was the Press Secretary for Pres. Eisenhower. The placard reads:"CENA PRESIDENTES LOPEZ MATEOS-EISENHOWER EN EL HOTEL EL MIRADOR ACAPULCO,GRO. 2-19-59 SR.JAMES C.HAGERTY". Signed, "LOS CASTILLO TAXCO" on the bottom, the piece is in excellent condition...

Reminiscent of the Renaissance Revival style, these intricately decorated earrings are set with central chrysoprase cabochons surrounded by faceted green glass stones. The earrings test as silver, date somewhere around 1930-1950, and are most likely .800 silver. Modern sterling silver posts have replaced screw back closures that were marked ‘SIL.’ Each earring measures ½ inch across and about ¼ inch deep.

Very rare double row half oval link bracelet by Hector Aguilar in 940 silver. My listing #1276556 is a single row necklace of this link and together make an amazing set. This bracelet measures 7 1/2" end to end, is 1 1/2" wide and weighs 96 grams. It is in fine original condition and signed as shown. An exquisite, collector quality HA bracelet.

These handmade, two-sided cufflinks each feature a square piece with an incised geometrical design connected by a figure-8 to a dome-shaped piece. The links are very securely soldered to each side; there is a tiny ‘ding’ to one dome. The squares measure about 5/8 inch and are marked Sterling and Taxco. Weight: 8.1 grams total

This bracelet was made by an unknown jeweler who produced a variety of pins and bracelets, often decorated with his signature applied calla lilies and gold-filled leaves. Each calla lily is hand-applied to a horizontal frame, alternating with vertical rectangular panels with a lightly hammered look. The connecting links are securely soldered; the safety chain is original and attaches with a spring ring...

A Ladye Fayre engraved sterling silver hinged bangle bracelet from the 1940s-1950s. This hand-engraved 5/8" wide bracelet measures 2-3/8" x 2-1/4" across the interior, it has a safety chain and box clasp, and it weighs 23.6 grams. This is a Los Castillo design made by Hilario Lopez who worked for several Tallers through his career(of which one was Margot de Taxco) and he was an accomplished Maestro. The construction is open backed repousse but it is framed in heavy silver making a respectable 80 grams heavy. There is lots of bead work executed on this design and it is in impeccable condition. If you could find an original Los Castillo of this rare design it would cost at least twice what this one costs...
