A modernist sterling silver hand wrought cuff bracelet signed 'AR' in a design reminiscent of the work of Arthur King. Has polished 'globs' of silver along the edges and surrounding the multiple cut outs. The polished sterling contrasts with the oxidized darker areas for an interesting effect.
Measures about 6 1/2" around with an opening of 1". Fits me comfortably and I have an average wrist. It is pretty stiff and doesn't have much give.

This unusual sterling silver ring was designed by Frank Patania Sr. in the 1950's. The ring size is a 7 1/2. It measures 1 3/8" tall X 3/4" & is in excellent condition with a warm, aged patina. The beautiful turquoise stone is bezel set. Patania hallmarks are FP, STERLING, & the THUNDERBIRD Shop logo.
Bearing the signature of Pedro Castillo this bracelet is, for me, a fusion of classic Taxco "arhaeological" as well as modernist elements. The overlay is immaculately crafted - one would never expect less from a Castillo - and the design lends itself to several readings...
This Victorian pin is a gorgeous Egyptian Revival design executed in plique a jour (translucent) enamel framed in gilded silver. The design is a noble vulture holding feathers with lotus blossoms in his (or her) talons. The vulture’s wings are detailed in both opaque and translucent enamels; the tops of the wings are opaque enamel in yellowish green, and the feathers are detailed in yellow-green plique a jour shading to burnt orange...

An R.C.A.F. Royal Canadian Air Force sterling bracelet 1940s. This 7-7/8" bracelet has a scissors clasp and the central 1-1/2 x 7/8" link has an applied enamelled RCAF crest. It has the monogram HENRY CROSS R-179130 and it is stamped BIRKS STERLING on the back. It weighs 17.9 grams, and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a patina of minor wear from age...

Designed by Harald Nielson, a heavy sterling cuff that weighs 56 grams. The inner diameter measures 2.48 inches, and at its widest point measures 1-1/2". It is marked on both ends. On one side is Jensen round logo 55 and on the other end 925S Denmark. Light wear.
This beautiful, large brooch / pin measures 2 1/4 x 1 1/4. It is in gold tone and marked J.J. for the Jonette Jewelry Company, founded in 1935 in Providence, Rhode Island in 1935. This piece: however, is circa 1960's.

A former sculptor who had worked with Hubert Harmon in the 1940's, Martinez was known for his work with beautiful stones which melded seamlessly into his silver designs. This necklace features chrysocolla stones with a trapezoidal shape which alternate with concave silver panels in front. The clean design of this silver pin features two adjoining concave oval disks with applied silver beads in the center, all mounted on a forged wire frame. The piece exhibits fine construction and is quite substantial. There is a secure C-clasp on the back. The side bears the maker’s mark of Hans Jensen & Co of Århus, Denmark (1957-1970), as well as the mark for .830 silver. The pin measures 2 inches long by ¾ inch wide. Weight: 6.6 grams
An abstract design, the pendant is set with what appears to be blue indicolite, which is a type of tourmaline, or blue jade. It is marked sterling on the reverse. The chain is composed of linked sterling edged rods, and is marked Italy and sterling on the flattened jump ring. One rod is slightly bent. The entire clasped necklace measures 18 inches long; the pendant is 3 inches long by 2 3/8 inches wide.
