A clean, modernist design characterizes this ring, which is composed of a graduated rounded sterling band inset with an irregularly shaped piece of teak or rosewood. It mostly likely dates from the late 1960s to mid-1970s. There is an unidentified triangular mark on the outer band. The ring tests strongly for silver, and is probably European. It is sized a 6 1/4. An unusual link bracelet composed of delicate openwork panels. The box clasp is secure and is engraved with script initials of FW. The back of one panel shows the Swedish silver mark, an unidentified maker’s or town mark and the mark for .835 silver. The clasp is secure and comes with an attached safety chain. Of flexible and hand-wrought construction with bezel mounted teal ceramic oval pieces at the terminals. The band shows a warm patina with some roughness under the edge near one end. The outer band shows either a partially obscured mark for sterling or a maker’s mark. It has an 8-inch inner circumference, and is 3/16 inch wide.
