This painting is signed, titled "Blue Gate" and dated 1987 verso. It also bears the original label from the Jerald Melberg Gallery in Charlotte NC. Herb Jackson is a well-known American abstract Expressionist. He had over 150 solo exhibitions in the US and abroad, and his work is represented in over 100 museums.
