We bought this and another we are listing in the late 1990 in Los Angeles , the seller didn't remember the artist name but said the artist was an early Sci Fi artist . the painting is unsigned in good condition though could use a cleaning. Very well done one of my favorites. Size overall 25" by 19.5" sight 19.5" by 13.5"

WPA portrait of a woman by Charles Winegarner. A fantastic oil on canvas of a stoic woman with an almost cubist background. There is an original repair that seems to have been fixed by the artist, the spot is in her hair to the left side. This is a large painting in its original frame . The condition is good though it shows some wear. Overall 42" by 31.5" with a .75" frame
