A really superb item for the Mid Century collector: silkscreen print titled lower left "Fortress" and numbered there 22/25, and signed at lower right and dated 1968 by the noted English modern artist and art educator IAN TYSON (1933-2021). The colors are vibrant, the work clean, though there is an even rippling of the paper throughout the margins. Tyson was born in Cheshire and studied at the Birkenhead School of Art and at the Royal Academy schools...

The frame size: 28"x 31" Image size: 19 1/4" x16 1/2". The subject of serigraph title, "Op Sail". It has bay scene with Yacht and ships. It has very subtle colors of blue, grey, yellow and dark red were used. It is excellent condition of Serigraph and frame. It is signed and numbered 106/150 by the artist, Phillip Kelsey and numbered on lower right in pencil. It is Original Serigraph, not Offset print. Printed on Arches paper. It came with Certificate of Authenticity as photographed.

Original serigraph by the well known and highly popular 20th century Russian-French artist ERTE (1892-1990), titled at bottom "Taurus", from the Zodiac Suite of the year 1982, numbered at lower left in pencil 32/350, and pencil signed at lower right by the artist. A very fine mid 20th century neo-impressionist silk screen print of a small village scene, possibly European. The print is an artist proof signed d fritz - we believe, but could be d frity. The foreground tree is spectacular. Condition is very good but is faded somewhat and has a tear in the margin which we hope to fix before selling. Dimension: 29" x 21" sheet
