This is a rare early drypoint etching by British artist Stanley Anderson. The title is: Perivale, a small town outside of London. This etching was created and printed in 1911. The image measures 5 3/4X9 5/8 inches. Hand signed in pencil lower border and titled lower left border. Printed on a medium weight watermarked with initials, laid type sheet. Fine use of plate tone in the sky area.
CHRISTO (1935-2020) in close collaboration with his late wife JEANNE-CLAUDE (1935-2009) is considered one of the most important "installation" artists of modern times. A serigraph print of three dimensional shapes in the style of 1960's "Op Art", hand signed at lower right by artist Martha Jacobsen and titled at lower left "Sea Dream". The work to the unaided eye appears to be an original drawing but magnification reveals the tell-tale clues to the silkscreen process. The black paper sheet measures 27 1/2" by 21 1/2" and is unframed (there is 1/8" Plexi sheet that protects it)...
Beautiful German Print circa 1919 22x17 inches
A circa 1940 lithograph, signed in the plate, and bearing pencil signature of the printer in margin under the mat, by the noted California Scene artist PHIL PARADISE (1905-1997). This seems to be a scarce work, as I see only two other examples after an online search. Those two were pencil signed by the artist and numbered out of an edition of 100. So we can assume that this was a limited edition...

This is an original etching by Reginald Marsh (American 1898-1954)of Minsky's Chorus, the famous Burlesque venue in New York City. The original painting of this scene is in the permanent collection of the Whitney Museum. The original shows a reverse scene.
The sheet size is 10 1/2" x 14 1/4", with the impressed image size of 8 7/8" x 11 3/4". The paper is heavy, textured, with a slight cream hue.
As is visible in the photos, there are losses to the margins on the right and at the bottom...
