An outstanding early German wooden double-ratchet noisemaker featuring a composition black cat head wearing a crepe paper ruffle. The clacker blades are stained black. The ratchet is stamped "Germany."

I do not have the original box the item came in. The item is in mint condition. The Spanish name is Damita de Pie. It is item # 01005590. It was issued in 1989 and retired in 1993. It is 7" tall and glazed.

Terrific composition Mama Rabbit candy container. Dressed in a blue dress with orange polka dots, Mama carries a wicker basket with a pressed cotton chick in it. Unmarked, but definitely German, circa 1930. Condition: very good, there is a bit of paint flaking on the front of the dress; the wicker basket has a good bit of cracking; the face is especially nice. Size: 6-3/4" tall.

Fenton Cranberry Rose Lamp is 21" tall. It is in perfect shape except for a couple of really minute flea bites on the inside of the main shade base -- totally out of site of human eyes. The plug is 2-pronged. This lamp was made in the early 1980's.

A terrific and very rare lithographed tin chocolate box, the lid decorated with "The Wheel of Fund and Frolic" Halloween game. The spinner points to various party tasks such as "Push a pickle across the floor with your nose" or "Sing a mammy song in black-face". Fenton made this Plum Iridized Sand Carved w/Gold Leaves 9" Vase in 1993 on plum/dark amethyst glass. It is in mint condition. Designed by Martha Reynolds, signed by George Fenton and is number 47/950. It is first iridized, then the background is sand carved away leaving the outline of leaves remaining.

Vandermark artglass is contemporary glass made in the style of art nouveau. This piece was made in 1981 in June. It is marked "1981-6", signed by the artist and numbered 0455. It measures 9.75" across the top and is 3.5" deep. This piece of stretchglass is in excellent condition. There is a pontil mark on the center of the base (normal).

A colorful vintage Germany Santa Claus squeeker toy. He has a composition face and cotton batting beard. His suite is red and blue wool felt with white trim. The boots are pressed paperboard. The body conceals the bellows for the squeeker. The bellows still moves, but no longer makes noise. The original “Made In Germany” sticker is still inside one foot.

Outstanding antique German snowman Christmas candy container. We've had many vintage Christmas candy containers, but never this design. The entire papier-mache container is covered with red and white chenille. The snowman straddles the container, making a sort of basket handle. His black eyes are glass and his nose is composition.
