Very unusual signed and numbered boxed Baccarat decanter and six glasses. numbered 324/500, it was made in 1993 and originally sold for $3,000. This set has never been used. The pieces all sit at different angles, there are two different stoppers, one clear and one amber - take your choice. Each piece has both the Baccarat stamp and also the artist's signature. Amazing drop clip earrings with enormous teardrop shaped watermelon glass stones, enormous faceted glass beads with vitrail finish, and rondelles with brilliant pink and aqua rhinestones. The metal is goldtone. Wired construction. Circa 1980. 3 1/2 inches long and 7/8 inch wide. The top stones are 28 mm by 20 mm. The glass beads are 21 mm in diameter. Excellent condition. A pair of "Ashimoto andon (foot lantern) made of cedar board, bamboo and washi (Japanese hand-made paper). The paper is replaced from shoji-gami (white paper for paper screen) to recycled washi which was a record book of a merchant in late Edo period. Washi is made from paper mulberry bark and very strong. With a carton box for a pair. 20th century. In excellent condition. 18cm x 18cm x 47cm (with a handle).
