Circa 1900. Not often found Art Nouveau lady motif in a cheroot or cigar leather case. The lady is holding up a lily over her head and does not have the usual flowing hair, but what appears to be a bob with a fringe? So is that Art Deco? Early 20's? She is not quite nude, though her pelvic region is rather defined, but wearing a scoop neck, cap sleeve, long dress that hugs then flows around her feet. Where are the bosoms? Much confusion here.

A sterling silver replica of the English throne and the anointing spoon rest atop a replica of the velvet pillow upon which the crown is carried in procession at the coronation of English monarchs at Westminster Abbey. Excellent vintage celluloid Christmas light in the form of Santa Claus carrying a pack of toys. Celluloid lights are very difficult to find because they were so brittle and flamable. They were made ca. 1915-25.

Fabulous handpainted sheet iron feather tree stand. The Christmas tree stand features three elves contemplating their traditional lucky mushrooms. The elves, one each in blue, red and yellow hooded suits, are seated on little grassy knolls planted with flowers. This Hubley cast iron bank of an Indian with tomahawk was made between 1915-1919 ( Moore #228). It is 6" tall. This bank was advertised as "Indian Echo Caves". This is as near mint as I have ever owned.

These is some paint loss in the bonnet colored feathers and a few nicks here and there.

This bank sold in April of this year on eBay for $850.00 plus a 17% buyer premium for a total of $995.00. At another auction sale in March of this year is closed at $952.00.
