An uncommon and fantastic button featuring an interior 18th c scene painted on fabric, after an engraving by Jean-Francois Janinet from a painting by Nicolas Lavreince titled Ha, le joli petit chien". An unusual horizontal poster of two wealthy girls on a shopping trip being transported in their palanquin. Original poster are extremely rare.

A large button, done in watercolor on organic material, with a glass cover and a copper rim with a steel back. The scene depicted is of a grand house and garden, identified along the lower edge as "Maison de Mdm Vanne".

The button is in excellent condition, though the back could use a bit of cleaning to remove some oxidation. The diameter is 1 1/2".

Antique 19th century American frontiers powder horn, made of hollowed–out horn of Bison/Buffalo with black painted oval wood base secured with small domed metal pins, fitted on the center with an iron loop for suspension. The mouth is with its timber stopper.

Vintage wood and Iron Gothic pillar candle wall sconce. Made of wood iron and aged paint , these are great decor pieces. Size 19.5" from tip of back plate to bottom of torchiere and 4.74" at top interior of candle holder. We have up to 5 of these they are hand made and are near matching but not exactly from tone of paint but stylistically the same.
