For the political memorabilia collector here is a wonderfully drawn original satirical work showing former president Jimmy Carter in his 1970's prime, holding a basketball and dressed as a player. It appears to likely reference his having been a basketball player at Plains, Georgia High School in the early 1940's; photos of him with the team can be found on the net by googling "jimmy carter basketball". The drawing is in soft brown color pencil with slight olive green highlights...

A classic, circa 1980 or early 1980's photograph of famed American actress and singer BARBARA STREISAND (1942-). I am guessing on the age but she looks to be about 40 or so in the photo, and the permed hair is of that period----and then, there are those fishnets. These really nice dark green/teal with white top Corinthian 2 1/2 inch high salt and pepper shakers were made by Harker China. These shakers have the 4/3 hole configuration in the tops for the salt and pepper. They are both in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
