This depression glass cream soup bowl is the Newport or Hairpin pattern. Made by Hazel Atlas during the 1930's, the bowl is amethyst glass.(Hazel Atlas called this 'burgundy' in their ads, but it's a true amethyst.) Excellent condition. Cambridge Glass Ice Cream Spoon with amber scoops and crystal handles are in perfect condition. Three are available. They are about 8.5" long, made before 1940 when homemade ice cream only came in "soft" texture -- so glass spoons were very usable!
There are no chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs to this item. This item is in excellent condition.

The stem is 6 5/16" tall.

This glass vase was produced in France in the 1920s. We attribute it to Daum Lorrain for its color and style. It is not signed. The vase is 12 3/4 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 5 3/4 inches. It is blown into a mold producing its art deco form. The base is thick and quite heavy. The vase draws gracefully upward from this point with the glass thinning significantly. The colors within the glass are iron red and mauve. They form a pattern with a marble like texture...
