20th century glass Venetian Figurine in excellent condition, although unmarked, is probably made by Seguso or Barovier. I am advised by an expert in the field that the leaf supporting the figure at the base suggests Seguso. The polychrome canne jacket and the abundant gold leaf applications illustrate the mastery of the Muranese glassblowers. The figurine is 10.5" tall, in great condition, obviously kept in a cabinet over the years, and bears an import label.

The Crinkle pattern was produced by Morgantown glass company from the late 1930's and into the 1960's. This is the 5 1/2 oz cocktail tumbler in amethyst. Offered is this pair of Le Verre Francais (Schneider), French cameo glass vases, made around 1920. The vases are 7 1/4 inches (18,5 cm) and 7 inches (18 cm) tall respectively - as in most hand-made items, there is a slight variation in sizes. Both are signed with etched signatures. Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Originally produced in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the footed sherbet in the green satin finish. (The color is actually more teal blue than green.) This color is very hard to find because it was only made in 1938-9. Excellent condition, I have 4 available...

Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1154 sweet pea vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation - in pink cased glass. (A layer of pink glass over an inner milk-white layer, this treatment is very rare as it was only made from 1938 to about 1940.)The vase is approximately 4 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition...

An unsigned Moser style cordial standing 6 inches high. The colorless 4 3/4 inch tall stem is topped by a 1 1/4 inch tall cup decorated with 2 blue marquetry plums and engraved leaves and stems in green. There is no pontil mark and the cordial is perfect.
