The Newport or Hairpin pattern was made by Hazel Atlas during the 1930's. The color is amethyst, though Hazel Atlas called it 'Burgundy' in the original ads. Cambridge Portia Individual Creamer & Sugar, Gold Encrusted was made from 1932-1953. Gold is generally good, though is a bit worn on the rim of the sugar.
Pilgrim made this 9" Vase using a Phoenix/Consolidated mold. Marked on the bottom of this vase: Phoenix/Consolidated -- Pilgrim USA. In the early 1960's, Pilgrim got hold of some of Phoenix and Consolidated molds -- this is a reproduction. In mint condition standing 9.5" tall.

Woodblock print by Japanese artist Saito circa 1950-1960, published by Uchida Art Co. This print is of two young girls wearing very bright and beautiful kimonos in various shades of green, blue, yellow, pink, and red. One girl holds a fan while the other holds a small toy of a bird. A paper lantern hangs behind the head of the smaller girl. Both girls have precious, doll-like features.

Line 700 was produced by Consolidated Glass Company in 1929. Offered here is the #715 flared bowl in blue crystal. (The color is the glass itself, not a fired on finish.) The bowl measures 5 1/2 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition. As these are hand worked to shape the upper edge, there is a slight variation in size and shape among the 4 bowls I have available. Price is per bowl. Dinnerware items are very hard to find in this pattern and especially in this color...

Stippled Band was the first toy dish pattern produced by Akro Agate. The transparent topaz color pictured here was only made in 1935-6 and is very difficult to find. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the #1123 7 oz sherbet in emerald green. Perfect condition, I have 5 available. Two are a different green - more blue than yellow. (I can send pictures if you need to see this variation.) Sherbets are very difficult to find in this pattern, so get them while you can...
This Blue Mayfair "open rose" scalloped fruit bowl is strikingly beautiful and regrettably, nearly all gone from the market today. This is Hocking glass company Line 2000, circa 1931.
