Japanese kiri wood round Hibachi, Ca. 1940's, used entire whole width of tree and showing bold beautiful grains, 12 1/2" diameter-outside maximum measurement, 8" high. Some scratches on the outer wood surface, no restorations, no damages.

Antique Chinese seated Guanyin made of bronze and beautifully decorated with bright colored enamel. She hold a water jar in her right hand. In her crown sits a small image of Amitabha, her spiritual teacher. Her robes are decorated with raised auspicious objects and swirling clouds. Guanyin is short for Guan Shi Yin which means "Observing the Sounds of the World"...

Unique Japanese Uchikake (wedding gown), embroidered in thick light blue silk, the liner is red silk without padding except at the bottom hem. The embroidery and gold couching (some silver) work are all done by hand. The pattern is from ancient Chinese "Shokko nishiki". The colors of silk looks different on different parts of the gown. We laid the gown under the sun light when we took extra photos. The light changed everything...

Chinese carved and pierced jade plaque mounted on a carved wooden stand. This stone is a pale green with white and lavender striations. The carving depicts Shou Lao holding a peach in his right hand and a staff in his left hand standing by a rock and a pine tree. This piece was given to wish longevity to the recipient. Shou Lao is the immortal of longevity in the Taoist belief...

A Fukagawa Seiji 9-3/4" tree peony Japan porcelain vase from the 1900-20 era. This large and wonderful high-quality Japanese porcelain vase has orange and blue tree peony flowers with yellow and white applied jewelling and gold highlights. It is in a myriad of blue colours with subtle gradations and shading and it has a gold rim and gold leaf veins. It has the Mt. Fuji mark used from 1900-20 and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs...

OGRE DECORATION

Unique practical substitute made of tin plate for the roof ornamentation found in traditional Japanese architecture so-called 'Onigawara' (lit. 'Ogre tile' / https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onigawara), with the implication of talisman as well. Showa period, 20th century. H 29 x W 26 x D 19.5 cm (11.41 x 10.23 x 7.67in)...

The elegant vintage bracelet, approximately 2 3/8 inches (60.33 mm) in inner diameter and 61 grams in weight, is artistically designed and skillfully carved. Its strong translucent jadeite material shows very beautiful apple green-white hues.
