Fine LARGE Glazed Stoneware Studio Pottery Jar - Malcolm Pepper
This large and impressive stoneware jar was made by Malcolm Pepper (1937 - 1980) during the 1970s. It is "heavily-potted" and attractively decorated. Looking inside shows it was thrown in two sections, luted together at the widest part of the body. The outer surface coated in a finely-crackled transparent glaze that has a hint of green. The inner surface coated in a dark iron glaze.

An early Troika vase or marmalade pot, ca 1970. Of square shape, relief decorated, the matted glaze in purple, black and orange, the inside white glazed. Troika was a group of three art potters, based in St Ives. Troika pieces were sold through Liberty of London. English Johnson Brother's Ironstone Friendly Village Gravy Boat(8" long, 3 1/2" high) and matching Under Plate(8" long, 1" high), in good condition.
A creamware dinner plate with shaped edge, elaborate painted lattice border on the rim and good “Chinese scene” decoration to the body of the plate. Though it is unmarked it is almost certainly English from the late18th century. The color is deep cobalt blue and the execution very good. 10 inch (25.5 cm) diameter.
Condition: no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Looks almost new with very little wear.

English dark blue Wedgwood Jasper ware bottle shape Vase, 5" high, 2 3/4" wide-widest part, impressed mark "Wedgwood", "Made in England" and "Y" on the bottom, with beautifully detailed classical figures applied on dark blue bisque finish body. The condition is very good, no damage.
English William Moorcroft art pottery cabinet vase with hibiscus decoration, together with a small Clematis bowl or dish. 20th century. Vase measures 3 7/8 in. ht. Dish is 3 1/2 in. in diameter. Retaining their original paper labels. Excellent condition.

Three(3) pieces English Copeland Spode Imari design Tea Serving Set, consisting of Teapot(5 1/2" high), Helmet shape Milk Jug(5 1/2" high) and Sugar pot(4 1/2" high), highlighted with brilliant gold, marked "Copeland Spode, England, New Stone" in green on the bottom. Covers for Tea Pot and Sugar pot has brilliant gold berry shape knobs.
Eight(8) English Copeland Spode Imari design New Stone Dessert plates(8" diameter), plus three(3) Tea Cups, and three(3) saucers, total 14 pieces, with design of Imari and fluted rim. The condition is good.
Two(2) English Royal Staffordshire Transferware Creamers, one green and one cranberry color, 3 1/2" high, 3 3/4" wide include handle, 2 1/4" deep, with bridge, ducks in the lake in front of the English style building, no damage or restoration. Marked "Royal Staffordshire" "Tonquin" "A J Wilkinson LTD" Burslem, England" on the bottom in red and green.
Beautiful addition to any table setting and especially perfect for Christmas, this is a Royal Winton large pottery dish, c 1935, stamped in gilt "Royal Winton" "Grimwade" and "Made in England"; carved and molded as a three-point leaf, with a soft green satin glaze and gilt trim; mint condition; 9 3/4 in" wide x 9 1/4 in H.
A very cheerful and colorful ceramic paneled vase decorated in the Merrie England motif by Newhall Pottery in England, dating to around 1930. The scenery depicts a castle with beefeater guards from Tudor England. The vivid, warm earth tones make you want to go outside for sunshine.

A Maling Peony 6504A large 10-7/8" centerpiece bowl from the 1930s. This English pottery bowl is fully hand painted in cobalt blue with red, purple, yellow and blue peony flowers with green leaves and brown branches. It has the Maling stamp in use from 1934~1940 and it stands 2-3/8" high on its three feet. A great looking addition to your table or collection. This lovely majolica style display piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs...
