This porcelain dish was produced in Denmark by Bing and Grondahl around 1950. The inventory number is 1167. It measures 7 1/2 inches long, 6 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches deep. This porcelain figurine was produced in Denmark by Dahl Jensen. The D-J factory closed in 1984. It was a relatively small factory with limited production. The model number is 1032 which we believe was modeled before 1970. It is 4 3/4 inches high and 3 1/2 inches across the wings. This duckling is a spunky little guy. His modeling captures his lively personality. He is hand painted with shades of brown and beige giving him a soft appearance. Condition: Excellent, first quality...

This three cup candelabra (which may be turned upside down) measures 5" tall and is 7 1/8" in length. On the underside of one of the cups is painted Sweden 26III; on another the Gustavsberg Studio hand insignia and the painter's mark of a star. The cups are hand painted in blue, yellow and red. Excellent condition.

This porcelain figurine was produced in Denmark by Bing & Grondahl between 1948 and 1951. The base is impressed with the signature of the renowned artist, Dahl Jensen. It has a model number, 1628. The peacock measures 15 inches long and 7 1/2 inches high. The modeling is well done, with excellent detail. The figurine is hand painted in natural colors. His pose displays his regal splendor. Condition: Excellent, first quality.

Danish Royal Copenhagen Leaf shape serving Dish, 9" x 7 1/4", 1 5/8" high with basket design impressed wide border and floral decoration in the center, low relief white floral design on the side of the handle, marked udnerglaze blue and green on the bottom "Royal Copenhagen, Denmark" in green and numbers 1599. The condition is good.

This very large Faience vase designed by Stig Lindberg measures 15 1/4" (39cm) tall. On the underside is impressed Hand Drejad (hand thrown) and the old Gustavsberg anchor insignia. Painted in blue is Sweden, the number 121-T-621, and the Gustavsberg hand insignia. The artist who painted this piece is Franca Pugno, whose symbol of an x in a box is painted in red. This piece is featured on page 6 of the Faience brochure published by Gustavsberg. Mint condition.

Salad-size stoneware bowl from the Danish Hjorth factory, c 1920 to 30. Light grey glaze and Art Deco stylized floral decoration in blue to the exterior, the interior with a central ornament in blue, yellow and brown. Height "4½/ 11 cm, diameter "7½/ 19,5 cm. Impressed marks: L.Hjorth, deer mark, Denmark and Z 50 (model number?). Condition: wear to rim and some glaze blisters.

Candle holder or small vase by Liisa Hallamaa for Arabia, stoneware, the upper part with eruptive glaze effects. In 1950 LA joined the Arabia company, where she became a great experimenter and innovator of glazes before opening up a studio of her own in 1971. Signed LH Arabia. This is a truly elegant shaped TOBO vase by Erich and Ingrid Triller. It measures 6 3/8" (16cm) tall. On the underside is painted Tobo Triller. The unusual glaze is a yellow ochre, and one of the finest examples of the Triller's artistry. Mint condition.

Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Pot de Creme with lid, 3" high with green twisted knob on the lid, 3 1/2" wide, multiple colorful floral design, with delicate green twisted handle. The condition is good.

This is a Swedish National Museum publication from 1975 devoted to the artisans and products made by the Gustavsberg factory. Profusely illustrated in black and white. Swedish text, but an invaluable reference guide because of the illustrations. Excellent condition.

He is well modeled with all of the requirements of this breed of dog. He is hand painted and has a high gloss glaze. He would make a fine addition to any dog collection. Lovely Royal Copenhagen vase with blacberries. This vase is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. It measures 6" tall x 7" diameter.

This porcelain monkey was produced in Denmark by Royal Copenhagen in 1964. The marking indicated this year. It is initialed by the artist Niels Nielsen. It measures 5 inches high and is 3 inches wide. The artist portrays a female monkey in a serene pose. She looks contented, sleepy and apparently pregnant. The modeling is well done and captures the character of our distant relative. She is hand painted in a naturalistic manner. Condition: Exellent first quality.

Here is a lovely small tray in an exquisite blue and brown glaze by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 1 1/4" (3cm) high and is 5 1/2" (14cm) in diameter. On the understand Farsta is impressed on each of the four feet, Gustavsberg, Kage, the Gustavsberg Studio hand insignia, Studio, and the date code Y. This piece was created in 1954. The name Hjelmberg is also etched. Mint condition.
