"Frence hand painted" mark French Porcelain fluted marquise shape small Dish, maybe Samson Porcelain factory, 1960's, 1" high, 4" 3 1/4" wide, beautifully raised enamel painted of Pomegranate branch in the center inside border of scrolling vines with lots of brilliant gold highlighted. Marked "France Hand painted". The condition is like new.

These 10 porcelain plates were produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1932. They have the date cipher that indicates this year. The plates have a diameter of 9 1/2 inches. They are made of fine bone china and have a slightly scalloped edge. The ground color is cobalt blue with a lacy fern type gilding over it. The centers of each plate have hand paint bouquets of flowers in bright colors. The plates are signed by the Worcester artist, Townsend. No two plates are exactly the same...

This porcelain dish was produced in Germany by Meissen before 1970. It has a diameter of 8 1/2 inches and it is 1 3/4 inches high. The porcelain is of the most excellent quality. The dish is formed with a ribbed interior fanning out into a scalloped edge. The decoration is taken from the Chinese. There are fighting roosters in the center, red dragons and Chinese ornaments. This porcelain figural group was produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in the 1940s. It has an inscribed artist's signature, C. Werner, in the base. The figurine measures 11 1/4 inches high and 9 1/4 wide. It is beautifully modeled with fine details. The young, beautiful mother is assisting her infant to take his first steps. It has a classical elegance and yet a modern 1940s stylized look. The figures are realistically hand painted. Condition: Excellent.

Excellent squat Rookwood vase with raised decoration featuring large three-leaf clovers and flowers. The flowers, particularly, are molded in fairy high relief, so that the glaze is thinner over the tips of the petals, creating lovely shading. This very large Faience vase designed by Stig Lindberg measures 15 1/4" (39cm) tall. On the underside is impressed Hand Drejad (hand thrown) and the old Gustavsberg anchor insignia. Painted in blue is Sweden, the number 121-T-621, and the Gustavsberg hand insignia. The artist who painted this piece is Franca Pugno, whose symbol of an x in a box is painted in red. This piece is featured on page 6 of the Faience brochure published by Gustavsberg. Mint condition.
