This Limoges cider, milk or lemonade pitcher is hand painted in a popular Art Nouveau motif with blooming flowers and green lily pads. Lots of very sophisticated gold on this piece make it attractive. 8" tall. It is Hallmarked with the William Guerin French porcelain factory mark #3 in green underglaze white ware with "Limoges" and "France". Ca 1900-1932 . There are no chips, no cracks and no repairs to this item. It is in fantastic condition. Looks a great deal like Picard work.

This porcelain figural group was produced in Denmark by Royal Copenhagen in 1946. It has the number 1228 incised on the bottom. It is 7 1/4 inches high, 6 1/4 inches long, and 3 inches wide at the base. The fellow riding the goat is taken from the Hans Christian Anderson stories. This piece is cold painted in lifelike enamel paint by hand. The colors are rich and vibrant. This is a first quality porcelain in excellent condition.

This set of 6 porcelain cups and saucers was produced in Germany by Rosenthal before 1950. The pattern is named “Linnie Lee” decorating an “Ivory” blank. The porcelain is cream colored. The cups have a little pedestal base. It is decorated with a factory transfer of floral sprays and wreathes of flowers. The colors are brightly colored and realistically rendered. A finely sculpted bust of a young man with exceptional patina of finely blended earth and bronze pigments. Physical condition is superb, but a small amount of finish has worn around the left eye and on the top of the head exposing a green substrate, yet harmonious with the earthen finish. Signed on the back of the neck. We have been unable to decipher the signature; yet the work speaks well for the unidentified artist. Dimension: 13" h

German Porcelain cobalt blue deep regular size of Saucer, possibly Rothenthal, 1950's, 5 1/2" diameter, 7/8" high, gold rim finish on top and bottom and also around the well area where cup is resting. Marked "S99" in underglaze blue on the bottom. The condition is good.

French PHL Depose Porcelain Tea Pot and Milk Jug, Teapot=9" high, Milk Pitcher=5 1/2" high, with beautiful bird and butterflies on the floral branches, marked on the bottom, top of Teapot is glued together, Milk Pitcher is fine.

This porcelain monkey was produced in Denmark by Royal Copenhagen in 1964. The marking indicated this year. It is initialed by the artist Niels Nielsen. It measures 5 inches high and is 3 inches wide. The artist portrays a female monkey in a serene pose. She looks contented, sleepy and apparently pregnant. The modeling is well done and captures the character of our distant relative. She is hand painted in a naturalistic manner. Condition: Exellent first quality.

A hanging basket for flowers, by Kähler, Denmark, c 1920-1930. Slip glaze decoration typical of Kähler, with swirls in black, blue and brown over white, the glaze of a glossy, "watery" look. Three glazed holes for chains. Unmarked. Diameter "6½/ 16,5 cm, height "4/ 10,5 cm. Condition: chip and glaze wear to rim, some wear also to the green-glazed interior.

Rare Royal Winton Chintz pitcher & bowl set in excellent condition; can't find exact pattern in book, but its right and early. Basic flowers are pink roses with yellow roses and small blue flowers and green leaves with black dots in background and black lines between panels. Pitcher stands 12 1/2" tall x 11" wide. It has four cream color panels and two chintz panels. The bowl measures 17" across and is 5 3/8" deep. It has five plain panels, and five chintz panels...

This porcelain plate was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1933. The date codes indicate this year. It is signed by the artist E. Barker. The plate measures 10 ¾” in diameter. A brilliant array of hand painted flowers in an urn fill the center of the plate. They are realistically portrayed in fine detail. The rim of the plate is finished with an embossed band of gold. It’s like an English country garden on a plate. Condition: Excellent

Large and impressive French Art Deco vase by Robert Lallemant (1902-1954), circa 1928-1930. Almost black iridescent glaze. Fully signed: "T.R.Lallemant" and inscribed "France". 14 3/4" tall. In excellent condition. Robert Lallemant was an important French ceramicist of the period, as well as a furniture designer (he created furniture for the UAM--Union des Artistes Modernes) and all around designer and photographer.
