Large charger by Val M. Cushing (USA, New York, 1931-2013), from his "shard series". Circa 1970-1980. 18" in diameter. Signed. Cushing was professor of ceramics at Alfred University. His works are in the collections of the Brooklyn Museum, the Smithsonian, the National Design Museum, the Everson Museum to just name a few.

This porcelain bowl was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in the mid 20th century. It has both an impressed shield and printed mark. It is 8 1/8 inches in diameter and 1 1/2 inches deep. The porcelain is designed with molded ribs and slight scallops on the rim. It is hand painted with a bouquet of flowers in the center and little buds dotting the border. The rim is trimmed with gold. The quality and value of this piece is evident in its workmanship. Condition: Excellent

This really nice Wildfire 9 inch diameter small dinner plate was made by Hall China in the 1940s to 1950s. This dinner plate is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. A classic Art Deco porcelain water jug advertising Ricard Anisette. In the south of France, tradition dictates that Ricard and other anise-flavored spirits be drunk with a side of water. Makers such as Ricard and Pernod provided advertising pitchers to local bars to increase their sales. This globe form is the classic shape from the first half of the 20th century. The bottom is marked "Ateliers de Céramique Ricard/Made In France".

European Porcelain Mustache Cup, fluted and scalloped rim and bottom, 2 1/2" high, 4 1/2" wide include handle, burgundy color top with raised yellow berries and multi color floral decoration with gold highlight. The condition is good, no damages.

Early 20th Century Hand Painted Porcelain Plaque "The Barber of Seville", unsigned, in fair condition. Measures 10-3/4 Inches by 8-1/4 Inches. Modern Frame Measures 18-1/2 Inches by 16 Inches. We suggest changing frame.

Six(6) English Copeland Spode Stoneware Demitasse Cups and Saucers, Pheasant design in solid green color wide band, 2 1/4" high, 2 1/4" diameter-top rim, with Butterflies and Dragon Flies decorated inside the cup, and low relief floral Branch design in solid green color outside the cup, saucer is decorated with wide green band with Pheasant. Marked "Copeland, Spode" in brown, and impressed mark with hand written number in red on the bottom. The condition is good, no damages.

Demitasse coffee can and saucer, Royal Crown Derby Imari. Red stamped mark and year code mark for 1923, the saucer with impressed mark Derby 1923. Height of can "2 / 5 cm, diameter of saucer "4/ 10.6 cm. Condition: fine.

Aldo Londi for Bitossi: a circular stoneware bowl, covered all over with Lava glaze, full of “volcanic” effects in intense shades of yellowish-green and orange. This pattern is also seen in vases, boxes etc. from Bitossi. Aldo Londi was the artistic leader of this renown Italian ceramic company. Marked 3030/564 (?) and Italy. Diameter "8 ½ / 21.5 cm, height "1 ¾ / 4.5 cm. Condition: fine.

Six fine floral porcelain dishes with gilt scalloped edge marked Limoges France along with the initial "R". In excellent condition, they measure 8-1/8" round.

This perfume bottle with stopper was produced in Hungary by Herend in 1976. It has a commemorative mark for the 150th year of the company’s existence. The bottle is 7 1/2 inches tall with the stopper. There are two amazing features of this bottle. One is the double walled reticulated porcelain it is made of. An Italian Majolica flower pot by Cantagalli, c 1930. Flower pot and saucer in one, three pierced holes for draining excessive water from the pot. Decoration of a modelled zigzag band in yellow and two stylized flower sprigs in green, mauve and yellow. Marked with the singing cockerel of Cantagalli, "Italy" and a star. Height "3½/ 8,5 cm. This pair of porcelain plates was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1925. The date code indicates this year. The floral painting is signed by E. Phillips. The plates were produced especially for the retailer Ovington Brothers in New York. These plates measure 10 1/2 inches in diameter. They have a two inch crimson red border that is overlaid with elaborate raised gilding. Brilliantly colored flowers fill the centers of each plate...

This porcelain figural group was produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in the 1940s. It has an inscribed artist's signature, C. Werner, in the base. The figurine measures 11 1/4 inches high and 9 1/4 wide. It is beautifully modeled with fine details. The young, beautiful mother is assisting her infant to take his first steps. It has a classical elegance and yet a modern 1940s stylized look. The figures are realistically hand painted. Condition: Excellent.
