Pair of handblown footed compotes of clear smoky/bluish glass for Kosta by Vicke Lindstrand. Circa 1940, they both bear the engraved mark KOSTA/LH/1734 on the foot. Bowls measure 6 3/8 inches (16.2 cm) diameter and stand 6.25 inches (15.9 cm) tall. Condition is excellent with a couple of minor light surface scratches; no chips, cracks or repairs.

Hazel-Atlas Moderntone Blue 8" Plate is in mint condition.

Fenton Blue Overlay 9" Perfume Bottle is in mint condition. Made in the 1940's -- no logo (too early!).

A purple bowl of swirl shape in the style of Beranek – Skrdlovice – or Klinger – Zelezny Brod Sklo /ZBS. The Czech glassworks like many other industries were nationalised. This bowl originally must have been produced for the Skoda car factory since it bears the Skoda mark (in use from 1929). Length "5½/ 14 cm. Condition: wear to the base and a scratch mark near the base.

This is an assortment of water and juice flared footed glasses in the etched elegant glass Flanders pattern, issued by Tiffin in the 1910s-30s. Fostoria made the etching Versailles from 1928-44. This azure blue handled tort is 11.5" across and in excellent condition. The center handle is in the shape of a "fleur de les".
