Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. This elegant "CARNIVALE" vase by Fratelli Toso has polychrome colors and a satin finish. Produced in the 1920's, the CARNIVALLE series is sought after by collectors. See Leslie Pina's book: FRATELLI TOSO, ITALIAN GLASS 1854-1980, page 48-49. The vase is 8.25"h x4.5"w, unmarked and is in excellent condition.

Morgantown made Golf Ball from 1931-39. This 4.75" green stem is in mint condition.

This unique figurine of a peasant boy carrying a sack, clearly demonstrates the artistic virtuosity of the Murano glass artists. It is highly unusual for a figurine to have hollow legs to support such tall statue. (We have only seen a similar figurine in Venice.) This Murano sculpture is superbly crafted and highly unusual in its clarity using only a subtle iridescence to accent the beauty of the Glass. This unique beauty stands 13" tall and is in excellent condition.

Sharon is one of the most widely recognized and collected depression glass patterns. Made by Federal Glass from 1935 to 1939, it is popular in pink, green and amber. This Barbini from the 1960's will bring a smile when you look inside to see the large murine fish at the bottom. Six strategically placed bubbles surround the fish, whose body is dark green at the top, with subtle aventurine stripes on a gold leaf body. The amorphous bowl form is a champagne color, 6 1/2" diameter and 2 1/2" tall, and is in excellent condition with normal wear at the base consistent with its age.

Westmoreland English Hobnail oblong Bowl measures 10"x8.5". It does have the WG logo on the bottom, in excellent condition.

These glass tear catchers or weeping bottles were for saving tears of grief. Such blown glass receptacles were placed on dressing tables, and on the first anniversary of the death, the tears were poured over the grave. This bottle is 7 3/8" long by 9/16" in diameter.

PB220004 A very scarce decorated blue Aurene fan vase. The vase is shape 6297 and is marked “Steuben Aurene 6297" on the foot. The pontil is unpolished. The vase is 8 ½ inches tall and is decorated in white leaf and vine decoration. An example of this vase is shown in Figure 10.120 of Dimitroff’s “Frederick Carder and Steuben Glass.”

Set of four Bohemian glasses, each hand painted with a different pair of dogs. We're not dog experts, but they appear to be Scotties, wolfhounds, spaniels and Dalmatians. The quality of the painting is very nice, as is the quality of the glass. The top and bottom edges are decorated with gilt lines. The polished bottoms are acid-etched "Made In Czechoslovakia".

Origin: Czechoslovakia, 1918-1935. Condition: excellent, slight wear to gilt edges. Size: 5-3/4" tall.

Bowl or dish in Sommerso technique, clear glass and grass green, designed by Vicke Lindstrand for Kosta glass works, Sweden. VL was appointed chief designer at Kosta in 1950, and the bowl was produced in the mid 50’s. Incised mark Kosta LH 1308/75 (model number), where L is for Lindstrand and H means artisanal, made by hand. Height "2 / 5 and width "3 ¾ / 9.5 cm. Condition: fine.

Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the #1123 7 oz sherbet in amethyst. The color is a ceramic wash applied over crystal glass. Perfect condition, I have 10 available. Sherbets are very difficult to find in this pattern, so get them while you can...

Beautiful unsigned Steuben gold ruby cut to clear champagne glass. Make your Veuve Clicquot champagne taste even better in this 6 1/8 inch tall Steuben champagne glass in colorless crystal with a red border. The glass matches shape 6596 in the factory drawings and is decorated in the "Fountain" pattern as shown in plate 7.42 of Dimitroff’s "Frederick Carder and Steuben Glass." This is a really pretty pair of ruby red Coin 8 Inch high single Candle Sticks made by Fostoria Glass. Both candle sticks are in very good condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or cloudiness, however the one candle stick has a black 1/8 inch smudge in the glass at the top of the candle holder. Anchor Hocking Bubble (Boopie) 16 oz. Lemonades were made from 1940-65 (7" tall). Commonly called Boopie. Many people purchase this less costly style to compliment Imperials' Candlewick. But I have a mystery here . . . The lemonade is suppose to be 6" tall, NOT 7". Anybody have an opinion here? Five are available. All in mint condition.
