Being offered is a circa 1955 sterling silver goblet by Sanborns, of Mexico City, Mexico. Entirely handwrought large goblet adorned with Aztec rose motifs on the cup and the raised fluted base. A set of four Birks sterling silver nut or mint dishes 1940s-50s. These 4 x 2-3/8" dishes weigh 81.4 grams, and they are in excellent original condition with no corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a tiny dent in the upper lip of one dish, some very slight bends to the upper edge at one end on two dishes and some very shallow penpoint dents in the bottom of one dish (all are very minor and barely noticeable)...

Silver fluted shaped bowl comprising of copper inlaid fish at the center; three applied amethyst frogs mounted to the rim, all on 3 bun feet. Dimensions: 10 1/4 inches diameter by 2 inches tall. No monogram. Marked as illustrated on the photo. In excellent condition. Great heavy weight 28 ozs.

On handle is low-relief depiction of Old King Cole, who has "called for his pipe and called for his bowl." A dense olden-days scene with no room for the "fiddlers three." There's plenty of room for engraving, though. Fully marked including postwar pattern no. 25352. Very good condition.

Extremely rare sleek & elegant pair of hand wrought sterling silver candlesticks designed and signed c. 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist designer Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). Each stick measures 8 1/4" high with a 2 3/4" base. The pair weighs 612 grams or 1 1/2 lbs. Exquisite condition. Each stick hallmarked on base. Antonio designs are included in the permanent 20th century Mexican silver collection at Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
