Pair of Edwardian sterling silver creamer and sugar. Made by S. Kirk & Son Inc. in Baltimore. Ovoid bodies and high looping handles. Creamer has helmet mouth and sugar has raised cover and finial. Frond and flower repousse; at bottom leaf and scallop shell border. Fully marked including maker’s stamp (1925-32), no. 74, and phrase “Hand Decorated”. Very good condition.

Cover hinged and tabbed; top has engine-turned wave ornament and rectangular mono plate (vacant) in upper left corner. Interior cedar lined and partitioned. Underside leather lined. Fully marked. Measuring 5 1/4" across & weighing 156 grams this 940 sterling silver dish was designed by Taxco, Mexico designer Hector Aguilar. The dish is centered with a 1951 coin with a HIDALGO profile. The reverse side of the coin features an eagle fighting a serpent. This candy dish is pictured on p. 67 of SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny Morrill. HA, 940, TAXCO, & TALLER BORDA and eagle 9 hallmarks are found on the underside rim of the dish.

An elegant set of six gilt sterling silver mint julep spoons, the bowls decorated in the form of a pair of overlapping mint leaves. The stems are hollow, so they can be used as sippers, too. The spoons can also be used for iced tea. The gilding is a beautiful, rich shade of gold. The spoons are marked “Tiffany & Co. Sterling”.

A pair of English sterling silver 2-3/8" candlesticks hallmarked Birmingham, England 1969. These small yet elegant candle holders are traditional in shape and they have felted bottoms. They have the maker's mark S.J.R (probably S.J. Rose, Birmingham (1887-) and they have never been monogrammed or initialled. They are in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A terrific pair of Art Deco sterling silver tension-hinged sugar tongs or “nips” by W. & S. Sorensen. The twisted upper handles are decorated with gilt crown-shaped finials and the tong ends repeat the twisted pattern of the upper handles. The tongs could be used for sugar cubes, candies, or even olives. Hallmarked by Sorensen. The tongs are very well made and are quite heavy.

Pair of Francis I sterling silver 3-light candelabra. Made by Reed & Barton in Taunton. Each: Central socket on spool base to which are mounted two reeded wraparound branches, each terminating in single socket. Branches have short leaf and flower band. Branch plug set in socket mounted to baluster shaft; raised foot. Low relief ornament with leaves and fruit and flower clusters. Sockets bellied and shaft and foot fluted. Foot and bobeche rims scrolled...

This 5 3/4" souvenir spoon of Denver, Colorado depicts the State Capitol , one mile high, in the bowl. On the front handle there is the Brown Palace Hotel, U.S.Mint and the smelter. On the back handle there is General J. W. Denver, Indian camp, First log cabin in 1859 and panning for gold in Cherry Creek.

Lovely English 1920's pink guilloche enamel sterling 8 day clock. This great little octagonal clock measures 3 1/8" by 3 1/8". A finely chased silver edge accents the guilloche enameling. The clock face is a beige color with black deco numerals and dark blue hands. The face is covered with a slightly convex glass. Brass easel back. Marks include an anchor, a lion, and an "A"-Birmingham, sterling, 1925. In addition there are makers marks which appear to be ABLP. Excellent condition.

Modern sterling silver bowl. Made by Spratling in Taxco, Mexico, ca 1940. Curved sides and wide and flat shoulder with chased addorsed scrolls between cabochon amethysts that spill out over the crisp rim. A Pre-Columbian motif stylistically compatible with mid-20th century Western design. Fully marked including maker’s stamp. Very good condition.

A sterling napkin ring fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1953. This 1-7/8" x 1-1/4" napkin ring is 3/4" wide, in the shape of an oval race track, and it has an E monogram. It has a B&CO. maker's mark for W.I. Broadway & Co., it weighs 10.7 grams, and it is in excellent vintage condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

Sterling silver gravy ladle in Gorham's 1964 "La Scala" pattern. This is one of the heavier and more expensive patterns produced by Gorham in the mid-20th century.

A vintage sterling silver figural jigger by Gorham, the sides marked off with enameled stoplights in green, yellow and red, meant to signify “go,” “caution,” and “stop.” Each light corresponds to the 1, 2-1/2 and 3-1/2 ounce markings on the jigger’s bottom. The bottom is hallmarked by Gorham.
